Eventually. We are all volunteers working in our free time. It's hard to predict when we're going to have free time so we generally never give exact timelines on things. Updating cpanel is an incredibly time consuming process because we run so much custom code that the update inevitably breaks a ton of things, and it all has to be fixed. We generally update cpanel maybe once every 6 months or so unless there is a really pressing reason to update sooner. The last time we updated Tommy's cpanel was because AutoSSL was broken and thousands of people's websites SSL certificates were expiring.

This is a pretty common problem on Johnny. Since Johnny's load is so high so often executing long delicate processes like creating an addon domain have a tendency to break. If you want to be able to add domains and have them working within 30 minutes we recommend a production server like Ricky or Tommy. I have fixed your addon domain adsmarket.ml and it should start working within 24 hours. Don't forget to clear your browser cache before you check each time.

It looks like another person who was having this issue https://opencarnage.net/index.php?/topic/2997-is-there-a-way-to-permanently-disable-the-mobile-theme/&do=findComment&comment=44112 solved it by installing this addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/phony/ which allows you to spoof your browser user-agent. If helionet is giving you a mobile page because it thinks your user-agent is a mobile browser this should fix it.

As a thank you for your work, anyone who publishes a reasonable attempt at a HelioHost article on wikipedia.org will receive double the storage space on their account. 2 gb total instead of just 1 gb. There is no way to merge accounts. Once an account is deleted there is no bringing it back. You'll need to restore your content from the last backup that you downloaded to your computer. If you post the transaction ID of your donation I can move your new Johnny account to Tommy.
