    That's odd that port 1373 is working, but you still can't connect. I have tested SFTP on Johnny and it's definitely working.

    This sounds like something that should be installed on a VPS. Check out https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ to get started. Is there any particular reason or benefit to HelioHost for installing this on one of our main servers?

    Python 2.7 or 3.6? Since you mention django I assume you want these installed on python 2.7 because you're on Ricky. If you want to use django with python 3.6 you'll need to move to Tommy or Johnny first.

    That's fine, but be warned that web proxies cause a lot of load even if you're the only one using it, so don't be too surprised if you get suspended.

    I edited your domain's A record so it's hosted on Tommy's IP again https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=merajbd.com&rec=A It may take time for it to show up everywhere due to caching of the old IP. You may be able to clear your Windows IP cache by running ipconfig /flushdns

    Fixed. I cleared out your old ssl certificate and generated a new one. Unfortunately you're not using our nameservers https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=merajbd.com&rec=NS so the new SSL certificate creation failed with a ton of errors. If you want our system to generate and keep up-to-date ssl certificates you have to use our nameservers.

    Sometimes the reactivation page fails when the server is experiencing high load, and Ricky has had pretty high load the last few days so it's not too surprising. I tested out the https://www.heliohost.org/renew/ page with your account and it worked for me, but the load was low at the time.
