I tested Ricky SFTP on the command line with sftp -oPort=1312 scrum@ricky.heliohost.org and with Filezilla with these settings Both worked.

That's odd that port 1373 is working, but you still can't connect. I have tested SFTP on Johnny and it's definitely working.

This sounds like something that should be installed on a VPS. Check out https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ to get started. Is there any particular reason or benefit to HelioHost for installing this on one of our main servers?

Python 2.7 or 3.6? Since you mention django I assume you want these installed on python 2.7 because you're on Ricky. If you want to use django with python 3.6 you'll need to move to Tommy or Johnny first.

It looks like everything is working now. Let me know if you notice anything else odd.

There's a few odd things happening on Ricky right now. He's overdue for a reboot anyways so we'll see if that fixes everything.

RoR is no longer supported through cPanel, but I could probably get it running for you manually.

That's fine, but be warned that web proxies cause a lot of load even if you're the only one using it, so don't be too surprised if you get suspended.
