There is nothing to request. If you want your Ricky or Johnny account moved back to Tommy just make sure your contact email address matches the old Tommy account. If the old Tommy email address doesn't match any active accounts in the system an invitation email will be sent instead.

If you have a temporary Ricky or Johnny account that is using the same email address that your old Tommy account was using when he crashed then yes, your account will automatically be moved back to Tommy. If you don't have an account using that email address an invitation email will be sent to you. The way the invitation email works is there is a special validation code that you can click that allows you to create an account even if the server is full for the day. You don't have to reply to anything, actually the email comes from no-reply@heliohost.org so even if you tried to reply it wouldn't go anywhere, just click the link when it arrives.

The easiest way to accomplish this would be to change your contact email address on your temporary Ricky account to something other than ron@fcs.com.mt. That way when the script checks for an account using that email address it won't find anything and an invite will be sent instead. You can change your email address by logging in to cpanel, and then click your username in the top right corner, and select contact information.

There was no plan to support it because no one has asked for it. I'll see if it's possible.

Are you a donor? If so please post your transaction ID of your latest donation. If you're not a donor you have 2 options: wait for Tommy to be available again, or create a new account on Ricky or Johnny in the meantime.

The only way to change your username is to delete the account and recreate it. Would you like to do this or would you rather just keep the username you have?

Stuff like this is impossible to backup on a server that won't boot. To make matters worse several system partitions like /etc and /var were the ones that were affected by the dead hard drive so it wasn't possible to recover any data from them at all. We actually got really lucky that /home and /home1 and /var/lib were all unaffected so we were able to backup what we did.

For the record I never thought you were pretending to have donated. I just want to make sure that every donation is verified prior to sending an invite.

Sorry for the delay. No one escalated this request to me. There is only one donation on September 8th, and it isn't you. What name did you donate as, how much did you donate, and can you verify the date again? Unfortunately we can't look up the Sparkie fundraiser donations by transaction ID. What do you suggest we do with the account if someone end up not being a donor? Delete it?

The load is too high on Ricky to rebuild apache right now. It's all I can do to maintain a 99% uptime with all the extra load from Tommy being offline. I'll take another look at this when things have settled down a bit.
