That makes sense, I appreciate your help, maybe that was a system issue or something. I only did that as I wanted to change the OS and username, and didn't want to bother you guys for that, and I like to support helio host with any money I can as I know it's tough for you guys sometimes as a non proffit, so I figured I'd cancel the old one and purchase a new one. [Krydos] perl modules available on tommy, also on morty2
Krydos replied to clabur19's topic in Escalated Requests
In order to save me a lot of time going through your massive list, can you please check the installed modules and reduce your list to only what isn't already installed? Thanks. https://morty2-info.heliohost.org/modules.pl -
The IP you're posting from is not blocked. What IP are you having issues with?

Cannot Send Email using webmail / smtp detail
wolstech replied to bahaya's topic in Customer Service
That domain is working for me and the SSL certificate is installed now. A test email also delivered successfully from my end. You probably didn't wait long enough for DNS to propagate or something. Can you give it another try? -
Installed. You can see the current list of installed modules for Johnny's Python 3.14 at https://johnny-info.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.14.py

That particular subdomain cannot be added because it is reserved by the system (it's used by the Plesk built-in webmail if you enable it). If you're trying to set up webmail for email accounts you created in Plesk, there's an option to turn this on in the mail settings. Note that it takes 2 hours to start working, and you'll probably also want to install an SSL certificate for it. If you're trying to run your own webmail app instead, you'll need to pick a different subdomain.

[Solved] Suspended: loveingliamguy

Your account has been reset. You'll receive an email shortly with a link to start over and create a new account. - Yesterday

Domain added, it'll take effect in about ten minutes.

Plesk generates the private key for the DKIM and stores it securely along with the private keys for SSL. When you send an email from Plesk with DKIM enabled it Plesk uses the private key to generate a DKIM signature that remote mail servers can use the public key provided via DNS to verify that the email is legitimate.

Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.

High server load. 10033.60 CPU. Excess CPU usage is usually caused by leaving processes running continuously, overusing scheduled tasks, leaving SFTP sessions open, or writing code that gets stuck in a loop or never exits. The notes on your account say you're using Wordpress, which is also infamous for causing high load (see https://wiki.helionet.org/WordPress), so that's probably the most likely cause. No process data is available since it has been more than 24 hours since your suspension. Please monitor your load (you can do so here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ ), and fix any issues quickly. Unsuspended. It can take up to 2 hours for your site to function.

Please do not create multiple topics for one request. Posting more than one topic on the same request/issue can result in a delay in service to you. You already posted here: -
[Solved] Regarding domain adding a new domain

Thank You So Much -
You're welcome to work on gnu social here, just keep an eye on your load chart https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If you need more than 10k CPU you can upgrade to Morty at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/

That behavior is pretty normal for users on any plan that isn't Morty or a VPS. It's caused by Apache restarting to load new configurations: https://wiki.helionet.org/502_Bad_Gateway It happens approximately every 2 hours and lasts several minutes.

Why did you unsubscribe from our emails? Was it a mistake? Why did you expect to get an email after telling us you didn't want to receive any emails anymore?

Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.

You can actually do this yourself. Log into your account at https://heliohost.org/login/ -> Continue to Plesk->Click your username in the upper right corner->Edit Profile. Please note that once you change the email, it can take several hours for systems to sync up before it becomes effective for our website/dashboard. If you use your forum account, please note that it will also need to be manually changed in your forum profile. If you're unable to change your email address for some reason, please let us know and an admin can manually update it for you.

[HH#104205] Heliohost Compatibility with my script
wolstech replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
1. Yes, but the load of running something continuously often gets users suspended for excessive resource usage on the Johnny and Tommy plans. If you plan to run something continuously, Morty account might be be a better choice because there's no risk of the load getting you suspended, and the server is a LOT faster than Tommy. 2. Yes as long as the remote end is using a standard port number like 80 or 443. 3. Python 3.9 and 3.12 on Tommy. Johnny and Morty have 3.9 and 3.14 instead. 4. Can't do it yourself, but you can request we install them assuming they're reasonable. We don't support any modules that need a UI/desktop installed. 5. Depends on language used and how its launched. Its possible to start a process that never exits, but if you're planning to do this, I would suggest a Morty plan as above because the load might get you suspended. You can see more details about Python on our wiki: https://wiki.helionet.org/Python_Tutorial Including links to see installed modules, how to request modules, etc. -
Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Glad to see you figured it out. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Hello, I have suggested my friend to use heliohost shared hosting for his small business and he bought an one year Morty subscription. But unfortunately he is not currently using that hosting because nothing is built and the account is idle. Can you please suspend/Degrade/halt billing so remaining credits are preserved.
