c1tut Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hi, Yesterday I noticed that my VPS is down and after logging in to Heliohost I am notified that "We have been forced to shutdown your VPS because it expired on 2026-06-04 and you haven't made a new payment yet." This correct, but unintentional. Neither Paypal nor you mailed me that the automatic payment had stopped or that a payment attempt failed. Also, no warning mail was sent before shutting down the VPS. Meanwhile, the deadline has passed and the VPS is deleted (without a mail). What is the best action now? When I try to set up a new subscription (as advised) I cannot use the old SSH username c2tut ("not available"). Please advise. Best regards. Quote
