You can actually do this yourself. Log into your account at https://heliohost.org/login/ -> Continue to Plesk->Click your username in the upper right corner->Edit Profile.

Please note that once you change the email, it can take several hours for systems to sync up before it becomes effective for our website/dashboard. If you use your forum account, please note that it will also need to be manually changed in your forum profile.

If you're unable to change your email address for some reason, please let us know and an admin can manually update it for you.
