Yeah we can do that. The main domain is just the domain that points to httpdocs. Added domains get an additional folder named after the domain name. That's really the only difference. The domain wikix.helioho.st has been added as an additional domain. You'll see a new folder for it that you should place its content in. It can take up to 2 hours to take effect.

[Solved] Adding a new domain to my account
MoneyBroz replied to harunoyukki's topic in Customer Service
Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working. -
I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. If you only want the 1 domain online.helioho.st then please enter that when the account signup form asks you to choose a domain and if it's available, it will become your new main domain. If you want the online domain added as a 2nd domain, please let us know when you've recreated your account, and we can add it as a 2nd domain for you at that point. 🙂 I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

With the colon. Gmail search should let you do "filename:<extension>" to find emails with files that have a given extension.

It looks like you deleted your reset link by trying to signup again with the same email address. I sent you a new invite link to recreate your account.

[Solved] VPS Subscription Renewal (and Morty Account top up)

You've probably heard of Apache and Nginx, but have you heard about Caddy? In this video we show you how to install the Caddy webserver software on your VPS. Caddy is known for issuing SSL certificates automatically, and being easier to configure than his more famous relatives. It's worth checking out! https://youtu.be/Vq-cKnQGevU It's been a bit since we released a new video, but hopefully you enjoy this one. Some users find it much easier to follow a video guide rather than reading the text guides we have at https://wiki.helionet.org/ Please let us know if there is a specific topic that you think would be good for our next video. Also if you don't mind subscribing to our YouTube channel that would be a great way to get some free advertising. We are a small non-profit funded by donations so we don't have a huge budget to afford paid advertising, so the more word of mouth recommendations, the more social media likes, and the more subscribes we can get goes a long ways towards finding more users and continuing to grow. Even if you can't donate, this is a great way to help us for free. Thanks!

Hestia has to be installed on a fresh operating system with no other installed software or files. Do you need a backup of anything on your VPS before we wipe it clean, reinstall the OS, and install Hestia for you?

Users can verify their own accounts with Google using the HTML file upload method, without needing a root admin to intervene. Please have a look at the Wiki guide here and let us know if it did not work for you: https://wiki.helionet.org/Google_Site_Verification

Since we never heard back from you, and you never paid for the Morty plan, you have been moved back to Johnny which doesn't have support for PostGIS, and this thread has been marked solved. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

[Solved] Request to add a new domain and remove exist
KazVee replied to djnevilmorgan's topic in Customer Service
Domains have been removed/added as requested. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache -
