Hello, So I have finish restoring everything back to my Ricky Account, then I go hyten.org/forum, I get an error message: Not Found The requested URL /forum/ was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. That includes to my other folders too. Any ideas?

Just ignored that, it won't change it to your custom domain. Your custom domain will still work.

1. I have change your main domain to sylvain.heliohost.org on your Ricky account. Give it 24 hours for the domain to changed. 2. Yes, you can use SFTP, it is secured and you can use FileZilla. I use it a lot and it is a great software Use these settings: SFTP host: ricky.heliohost.org SFTP port: 1312 SFTP protocol: SFTP SFTP logon type: Normal SFTP Username: <same as cpanel> SFTP password: <same as cpanel>

The reason why Tommy Server is down because the hard drive got a problem. Our Root Admins bought a new hard drive and it’s shipping to our Data Center and they are going to visit the Data Center this month in 2019 to replace the hard drive to get Tommy Server back online. After that, they are going to rebuild everything and PLUS the great news is we are getting a new cPanel version! Which it’s great!

I have changed your email address to something else. You can now use your old email address on your Ricky account once one of our Root Admin verifies your transaction ID and if they found it, they will send an invitation to your email. All you have to do is click the link button in the invitation page and filled it out by yourself.

1. When our Root Admin sends you an invitation to your email, you will have to click the link button and filled it out yourself. 2. Follow these steps below: Go to a tab called “Backup Wizard”. Click “Restored Backup” button. Click “Restored MySQL Database” button. Click “Choose File” button and choose username_database.sql. Once you finished that, you will need to created MySQL Database Users in the tab called "MySQL" in cPanel and assigned them to your other MySQL Database. For the files, you can use File Manager or FTP to restored them back. -
No, you cannot access your emails while Tommy is down, unfortunately.

I will change it when your Ricky account is active. Yes, I remember in the past we have Stevie, Johnny and Cody. Can’t remember what was the problem with Stevie, it was a crashed. Then later, Tommy Server came out and he was our fastest server for 4 years now, and now Tommy is currently down because of the hard drive failure. After Tommy, Ricky came out. Which also our fastest Server. For Johnny, he’s being really slow with us for many years now and he got crashed for I believe 3 times already.
