At the moment, Stevie is handling 20,000 websites while Cody (Johnny) is handling 2 websites (HelioHost and HelioNet). We expect that when Johnny is up and running, downtime will be less frequent.

This issue last occurred a few months ago - it is very rare. We hope to get it fixed very soon.

Your site is showing as Active - everything seems to be working fine. Not sure why you wouldn't be able to login to cPanel - could you try again? Moving to Customer Service.

I think Stevie performed an unexpected server restart, causing it to malfunction. It should be working fine within 24 hours. Again, sorry for any inconvenience.

Stevie has malfunctioned, and has set lots of sites as 'Queued'. Sorry for any inconveniece - I have brought it up with the staff.

This can be caused by high server load. High server load is caused by high-use of the servers, abuse, or simply just alot of users using HelioHost. The server load is available in my signature. The server load should be much lower when Charlie is up and running. Have you tried using Web Disk instead?

Charlie (Cody + Johnny) is our brand new server which we hope to open signups to in the future. However, Charlie hasn't even been configured yet, and he isn't prepared for hosting websites yet. Hope this helps.

At the moment, we have no intention of moving websites from Stevie to Charlie. We are simply planning to open signups for Charlie. Purging of accounts can put lots of pressure on Stevie, which can cause 500 errors. Hopefully when all the inactive sites have been terminated, Charlie will be ready to go online.
