  1. I believe StartSSL gives away free certificates and is trusted by most major browsers. Unfortunately Johnny is not prepared for any more websites yet. Anyway, we have no intention of moving any accounts to Johnny (this intention could change in tje future). However, when Charlie is handling signups, Stevie will be much more stable. Waiting on djbob
  2. Great! I think it should work now - let me know how it goes.
  3. Thanks. Looks like the server load is getting better...
  4. Yeah - sorry about that.
  5. I'm still seeing both your sites fine? p.s. the server load is 100+!!
  6. From phpMyAdmin, 'Export' the tables from the database you wish to backup. To restore one of your backups, use the 'Import' option.
  7. A trusted certificate is a certificate which is given to customers (paid or free) by a company like VeriSign or StartSSL. This is usually used for public secure sites and many popular companies and it is trusted by nearly ALL browsers. A self-signed certificate is generated from your cPanel, and it is a certificate which is generated by you. This is usually used for testing, and shouldn't be used for public use. Which one will you be using?
  8. I see your website fine.
  9. Your welcome!
  10. Stevie's server load is currently extremely high, which could slow down the process. If your parked domain is not active within 24 hours, I'll escalate this.
  11. Thanks. At the moment, the server load is at 72.00 , which has interrupted most services (including FTP and cPanel). All services should be normalized when it is at 20.00 .
  12. At the moment we have no intention of moving websites from Stevie to Charlie, but we are planning on opening signups to Charlie within the next few months. Stevie will be much more stable when new signups are being handled by Charlie anyway. This intention may change in the future though. We have only two servers, Stevie and Charlie. Stevie is currently handling all our customers websites (22,000 websites) while Charlie is currently handling just the official HelioHost and HelioNet websites (2 websites). Charlie is partitioned in halves, one half is called 'Cody' and the other called 'Johnny'.
  13. Just now the server load was ridiculously high (100). Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. I'm not completely sure how the suspension system works, but I believe it is told to suspend a certain number of accounts per day. While your idea is good, this would put even more pressure on the server. Our plan is to open up signups to Charlie when he has been configured.
  14. Last time it was accessible, the server load was ridiculously high (above 100!!). Hopefully this matter will be resolved soon.

    about domain

    1. If you are using a none .heliohost.org domain, then you will need to add ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org as your nameservers as soon as you can after signup. This can be done from your domain registerer's control panel. 2. Yes, we offer cPanel - an award winning control panel with most of the features you could want! Click here for a demo. 3. If you signup now, you will be placed on Stevie. At the moment, all accounts are being hosted on Stevie. However, we are currently configuring our new server, Charlie (and Johnny and Cody), which is currently hosting the official HelioHost and HelioNet websites. Signups to Charlie will be opened in the next few months. 4. You are limited to 250MB of disk space, and have unlimited bandwidth! However, you mustn't take up too many server resources or abuse the servers otherwise your account will be suspended. Hope this helps!

    Your welcome!
  18. Thanks. Sorry, there is no way we can speed it up - the server restarts at a specific time and we can't tell it to restart at any other.
  19. Yes - that's how you install an SSL Certificate. But what kind of certificate will you be using? Trusted or Self-Signed?

Your account is queued - please wait 48 hours before it becomes active. Take a look here to receive an estimated time of when your account will be created: http://heliohost.org/scripts/status.php Time is PST.
  21. The server load is accessible from my signature:
  22. Did you wait 24 hours for your parked domain (rishidua.com) to become active?
