  1. @Wizard - I will forward the PM to you. So, you have correctly followed WordPress's Installation Guide?
  2. Web Disk is a good, working alternative.
  3. Glad your problem got solved.
  4. Yes; Stevie is 100% down so the Account Queued page is showing. Moving to Customer Service.
  5. Sorry, it's impossible for us to do anything at the moment. The server load is at 200, and there is nothing we can do to stop it. Please just be patient until this issue is solved within the next few hours.
  6. At the moment, Stevie's Server Load is above 100.00 - most services are temporarily down. This is a rare situation and we apologise for any inconvenience - hopefully this issue will be fixed within the next few hours.
  7. Stevie is down now as his server load has hit 200 - please be patient and bear with us in this matter.

    To djbob

djbob is very busy - he can only configure Johnny in the spare time he has (barely any). We expect Johnny to be up in a few months - please be patient.
  9. Thanks, djbob! Closing...
  10. This problem should now be resolved; Closing.
  11. Thanks! Also, server load is really high at the mo. Most services down.
  12. Due to high server load, most services (including website viewing and FTP) are down. We apologise for any inconvenience - hopefully these problems will be more rare when Johnny is up and running. You can also take a look at Stevie's Server Load in my signature and the top right corner of HelioNet.
  13. Are you logging in with all lowercase lettering?
  14. Glad your problem got solved.

    Johnny

Wr have no intention of moving anyone to Johnny, just to simply allow signups to him. However, this may change in thr future. When Johnny is up and running, Stevie will be much more stable. At the moment, Johnny is basically 'mission control' for the sites.
  16. What details are you using to connect to FTP?
  17. Everything seems to be working fine - all you need to do now is wait for 24 hours.
  18. Glad your problem got solved.
  19. Yes - I can confirm the redirect is being cached.
  20. Many tasks that are performed via cPanel can be executed in other ways (eg. FTP, Web Disk, Ajaxplorer). Have you considered these alternatives?
  21. Please refresh your cache. @djbob - Thanks. As a side note, I thought we fixed the caching problem?
