The people who use ASP.NET or JSP or Java are now eligible for a server move. When more people move, and more people signup to Johnny, and when the big purge of accounts is finished, this issue should be very rare.

Use localhost if connecting locally. Use stevie.heliohost.org as Wizard said if you are connecting remotely. Remember to setup 'Remote SQL' via cPanel homepage.

Yes. When Stevie and Johnny have a balanced amount of accounts, both will be really stable. Only websites on the Johnny server will be able to use services like ASP.NET and JSP. Websites that don't use ASP.NET or JSP will be hosted on Stevie. However, Stevie will be more stable than Johnny. (we don't have any permanent decisions)
