Yes, your cPanel username is the same as your HelioHost username. However, your HelioNet username is separate.

The files with the prefix 'vti_' and the '_private' and 'images' folder can be deleted, as they are generated by programs such as Microsoft FrontPage, and can also be generated by FTP clients. However, we recommend you keep the cgi-bin folder, as CGI scripts rely on thos folder.

Could you try creating a new FTP Account from cPanel and then connecting to the FTP server with that username, prefixing it with FLX_ or flx_ . For example: flx_user For example: FLX_user
