What scripts are your sub domains trying to run? Or is it just plain HTML?

It's okay. Closing...

No, we do not allow multiple signups on HelioHost - it is one account per user. However, you can make multiple websites using the 'Addon Domain' tool (or something similar) and by using a free (or paid) top-level domain such as .co.cc . Hope this helps!

[Solved] How can I point my domain to Heliohost.org?

Our current server is called Stevie. He is handling everything at the moment except the official HelioHost site and HelioNet. We are currently configuring our new server called Charlie. Inside Charlie there are two partitions: Cody and Johnny. Cody handles all the configuration stuff while Johnny handles the websites itself. Hope this helps! Don't worry - this is a fairly easy process. There is no need to bother about IP stuff, just enter the following nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Then, in cPanel, go to 'Parked Domains' and add your domain from there. Voila! You're domain will be working in 24 hours! -
Oops - sorry, that link is broken. Fixed it. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/stevie.heliohost.org Stevie is currently under alot of pressure as we are preparing to open signups to Charlie. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Glad your problem got solved. It takes 24 hours for that message to go away. Closing.

Your welcome! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Wow - they look great! Might use them on my WP site someday!!

No - that URL doesn't record when you login. This is why you were suspended - because there was no record that you logged in. We recommend you login via the HelioHost homepage.
-
We are currently trying to suspend and terminate as many inactive accounts as possible. This can put pressure on the server, meaning that cPanel will be likely to stop working and 500 errors will start popping up. Make sure you're logging in through the heliohost.org homepage - this is the best way to login. Hopefully these problems will discontinue when we have terminated as many accounts as we can and when we open up Charlie for signups.

Yes - the whole of Stevie's down at the moment. Not sure why. It should fix itself soon. Stevie has recently been under alot of pressure as we are trying to remove as many inactive accounts as fast as we can. Moving to Customer Service.

Let me clear this up: - Charlie is not configured yet, and we haven't opened signups for it yet. - As Geoff said, we are trying to eliminate inactive accounts as fast as we can in preparation for our new server. - We currently have no intention of migrating accounts from Stevie to Charlie. This may change though. - The server load is available in my signature. The higher it is the more problems Stevir experiences.
-
CPanel: loads very slowly, there seems to "hang" something

Glad your problem got solved. You can look in Byron, Wizard, or my signature for the server load. Moving to Customer Service. -
That's okay - I think your English is actually quite good. From what I gather, the domain hud41.co.cc is still using the Addon Domain you previously setup. When you go to hud41.co.cc, it is trying to access /home1/bobos/public_html/hud41.co.cc , but you deleted it, so it is showing a Not Found message. The script djbob posted earlier allows me and the other admins to delete Addon Domains, which is what needs doing. The problem is that the script isn't working for me - I've brought it up with the other Admins. For now, all you can do is wait.
-
SSH is playing up - says that the command isn't found. When you setup your addon domain and parked domain, what did you enter when it asked for a path? (eg. /home/bobos/public_html/myfolder).

I took a look at the HTML code of the output. Here's a snippet. <link href="/stylesheets/forms.css?1169334000" media="screen" rel="Stylesheet" type="text/css" /> Notice that the address to the stylesheet is incorrect. It should be: <link href="/bergschmuck/stylesheets/forms.css?1169334000" media="screen" rel="Stylesheet" type="text/css" /> OR <link href="stylesheets/forms.css?1169334000" media="screen" rel="Stylesheet" type="text/css" /> The current stylesheet URL is http://incense.heliohost.org/stylesheets/f....css?1169334000 , which should be http://incense.heliohost.org/bergschmuck/s....css?1169334000 . See the difference? Moving to Website Management and Coding forum, as this topic has nothing to do with the hosting experience we provide but a coding mistake. Hope this helped.

Facebook plugins are external and are not associated by HelioHost. This has nothing to do with the hosting services we provide - it is related to Website Management & Coding. Therefore, I am moving this to the Website Management & Coding forum.
