I bought a domain for my HelioHost site but I don't know how to get Webmail working with it. Do I need to add MX records to the domain and if so, where do I find them? Thanks.

My site is down too, I'm patient, but I have a question. What if some of the HelioHost sites are being used as Spambots, and/or using a huge amount of server resources? Are there any limits?

No, the Account Queued page is supposed to show that because it is displayed when someone's account is queued. Okay, thanks. The cPanel is working now.

Same is happening to me. Can't log in to cPanel either. I'm sure they'll have a fix soon. Is there a way to change the Account Queued text to make it more clear to my sites users?

Hello, I added a new domain to my HelioHost account today, that we're moving the site to. When I visit from the old domain, the site is fine, but when I visit from the new domain, I get an Account Queued message like when I first signed up. Is this normal? (It just seems odd to me). Thanks, and my experience with HelioHost has been great so far. EDIT: It was just fixed . Thanks anyways.
