I searched forum but couldn't find any topic exactly mathing for "server change", so decided to ask. I've realized that there is so much unfair resource balance among these servers...while 3 servers are almost with 0 CPU load, Steive, the oldest one is with 34%. Can we change the server? Or could you balance it. I've registered my account but Steive..and I'am suprised that why the registration process doesn't conrtol this issue and do not make new registrations on other servers...

Checked with Virustotal just only Avira recognized it as Malware. Also another VBA32, found "Malware.HTML.Iframe (paranoid heuristics)", though in Virustotal it found nothing. Seems like nothing serious. http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report...c5c-1297875506# Thank you guys.

Sorry, you are right, "skfi.info" is not related with cpanel - because actually it gets blocked by Guard not Webguard. The Guard blocks index page that's why I receive the error from IE that access is denied. The actual details for this issue are: Virus or unwanted program 'HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen [virus]' detected in file 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\V1F5WVZO\index[1].htm. Hi. How can I get details about my account activity? 1. The actual url I try to login is ntsite.heliohost.org/cpanel 2. Avira Premium 10 3. ntsite/Stevie I use Opera 9. But due to security reasons I disabled Inline frames. So registering was unavailable from Opera I used IE for more stability. after then tried to logged into account and recieved a block message from Avira. Thought it's just coincidence. but also realized that pages don't open and leaves blank. while trying with Opera, it was OK, as there i-frames were disabled. The next day I tried again with IE8 to login and again received the same message. I looked for details and here are they: When accessing data from the URL, "http://skfi.info/" a virus or unwanted program 'HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen2' [virus] was found. Action taken: Blocked file Right now I tried to try again, but now I recieve this error message from IE though I didn't block the website: Internet Explorer cannot open Internet site http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.phpcp Access is denied But with Opera it's OK. I also tried by enabling I-frames - no error was received. Thank you.

While trying to log in with IE 8 to my cPanel account my antivirus warns me about Html/Infected.WebPage.gen. It seems to be related with I-frame, because in another browser I-frames are disabled so by logging in I don't recieve any warnings.

I have troubles with logging in to cPanel..it asks me to put login and pass many times...I tried it with direct from the site, sometimes I can login but if try another links , it pushs thorough login form window. I fill it, and again again...in FileManager it just gives like 20 such login forms, while I write in the form, new form comes out...and I close all of them..I dont know what the bug is it..

Yeah, thats not on my end, coz I tried also to check up it with on another Cpanel, on which my domain is being hosted. Im planing to move to your hosting. So Im a bit sad that the bandwith is less than I assumed. and on another hand Softaculous is not being provided, but you have another futures like Catch All mails, which I dont have right now... Our server had mail problem in nowadays, so Im willing to move, as I use IMAP, I only rely on Domain mail, but not on Gmail and others. So, when there is such delay that annoys everyone as the mails are not being delievered...The reason for that the IP was blocked due to one spammer on our server, and I've waited 1 week for this issue to get fixed. So do you have such problems?

I've experienced low speed problem in cPanel (Server - stevie) and also hanging in commands. I tried to see website traffic speed...it seems alright, but in cPanel it's so slow. Not ony download, also upload. It's almost impossible for me to upload more than 100 kb. I looked at server load, it was 11.xx. Is it temporal problem or permanent issue? - That was like about 1 hour ago. Now Server load decreased to 2.62, and speed is increased a bit. but still slow - 3-7 kb/s. and var/Cpanel is in the highest value.
