You can switch to Stevie if you don't need programming languages like ASP.NET, Java, or Ruby. Stevie has much lower server load than Johnny most of the time.

You can always upload that file to file sharing services like Dropbox to avoid getting detected.

Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). Trojan.Llac-1 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.

http://bybyron.net/tools/whois/index.php?domain=kdevonline&ext=com You will have to register your domain and point the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

You are welcome.

Correct, 3 cron jobs. I have unsuspended your account, if you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache.
-
You should set a A record instead of CNAME entry. Try it and tell if it works.

I can manually reset your password and mail to the email ID you registered with, to see if it solves the problem. Do you want me to do this ?

If you SELECT from the tables, it works fine. If you UPDATE/INSERT/DELETE data in such a table, it fails with "Got -1 from storage engine" but generally won't crash. Creating/altering/dropping the tables themselves (or databases containing them) seems to frequently cause a crash. So a script trying to create a new InnoDB table can cause a crash as well? Yes, creating a new InnoDB table can also crash it.

No, there is no way of bypassing that. You need to login atleast once in thirty days to keep your account active, or else it will be marked as Inactive.

Johnny is online for now. Johnny is an experimental server and it has frequent downtimes. If you are not using languages like ASP.NET, Ruby or Java, I would suggest you move to Stevie, as it is a stable server.

It is working fine for me now. I think that you were not able to view your website because Johnny must have been down.

Please clear your cache.

It is working nice and fine for me. Just check that you don't have any database permissions for that user, and then try to delete them.

The downtime of MySQL for the last day has increased dramatically. The MySQL server has been fluctuating for quite some time now. BTW, it is working for now.
