Continuously working through cPanel can cause 500 errors.
-
Did you change something ? Now I am seeing 500 error on your site.
-
That domain is not yet registered. You need to register the domain and then point the nameservers to Heliohost's nameservers(ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org). If you were using that domain to connect to FTP, this was the reason you were not able to connect.

I am not getting a 500 Internal Error when I visit your site. Your site is working fine for me. Please clear your cache.

It's working now.

Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on Also, your username and password both are case-sensitive.

Give it just a day more and see if it becomes active. Cheers !

I don't know what the exact problem is, the MySQL server is running but is refusing most of the connections.

Please use this to delete your website:- http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/delete.php

It is down from the last 10-11 hours. Waiting for a word from the admins.

[Solved] Help In Moving From Jonny To Stevie

It has just been 3 days since you created your account. Give it some more time. Johnny accounts can take up to 5 days to get up and running.
-
Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Okay, now I think the configuration from your end is correct. There is some problem in the DNS. The entry for http://thegamersparadise.in points to Johnny for some reason. BTW just a question, did you change anything in the Advanced/Simple DNS Editor ? http://bybyron.net/cgi-bin/heliohost-dig.pl?domain=thegamersparadise.in&what=helio. An admin will need to fix that. -

You have your A record pointed to Johnny. http://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=thegamersparadise.in&rec=ALL Ideal should be only adding the nameservers, not A record . Please remove the A record. -
I can reset your password manually and mail it to the email ID you registered with. Do you want me to do this ?
-
You registered with "heliohost.org" as the main domain ? If that is so, then the account would have been cancelled.

The limit is 50 emails per day. Please try to limit the no. of emails you send through your account.
-
Most likely the software(phpbb, etc.) is making multiple connections to MySQL and is not closing the connections at the end of the script. You need to limit the connections made by the software with the MySQL server.

Yes, it is correct.
