  1. It appears to be an issue with your registrar. There's no A or NS records, just a TXT entry saying "DNS con problemas tecnicos" ("DNS with technical problems"). Check your nameserver settings on your registrar's website and verify that they're not experiencing technical difficulties. NS2 being down is normal. It's down far more than it's up. In fact, I can't remember a time in the recent past where it was working. This is the tool we use to check DNS configurations. It currently shows the message I mentioned above: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=fortranrefactoring.com.ar&rec=ALL
  2. This has nothing to do with being suspended or queued, but is probably a softaculous issue. Moved.
  3. Did you use FTP heavily? That's the most common reason for getting blocked. Either way, an admin can unblock you.
  4. We don't run shell scripts for users for security reasons.
  5. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  6. It's normal and will go away on its own when the account is fully configured. The cPanel account usually works within a few hours, but the domain usually takes days. If you created an account on Stevie, it can take up to 48 hours to go away. If you created an account on Johnny, it can take up to 5 days to go away. If it keeps showing after that amount of time has passed, clearing your cache may help.
  7. Your domain is not set up correctly (it looks like you used .TK's URL forwarding). Log into dot.tk's website, edit your domain, and choose "Custom DNS". Enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the two host name boxes. Leave the IP address boxes blank. Save it and wait 24 hours, then clear your cache.
  8. Yash pretty much answered it. It takes up to 5 days for Johnny accounts to finish activating. You created it on 5/4. Just give it some more time.
  9. I'm seeing a 500 error at that domain, not a queued page. Please clear your cache.
  10. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 2 file(s). PHP.Shell-83 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  11. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  12. That's exactly what it means. Needs to be something that's not in the English dictionary. Frustrating at times, but provides extra security.
  13. It supports ASP.NET via Mono, and the application must be targeted for framework version 3.5.
  14. This has been known about for a while. There are a lot of users on here who already use it. In fact it's used widely enough that we plan to integrate it into cpanel at some point.
  15. Try putting a % in Johnny's Remote Mysql instead of Stevie's IP. Also, it should be obvious, but your database users must exist on Johnny, and will start with your johnny account's name. Same goes for the databases themselves. Johnny's mysql is also slow or unavailable a lot due to load.
  16. The shared IP in cPanel.
  17. You may need to fix your PC then. It works fine for everyone else. Also, you make it sound as if you want ctrl+v to work when the post text box isn't selected. You can't paste into text boxes that aren't selected, so you do need to click in the text box before pressing ctrl+v. All major applications are this way.
  18. If you already have an account on Johnny, you can do this by enabling the remote mysql in Johnny's cPanel (enable it for Stevie's IP address). Set your databases up on Johnny, and in your software's configuration use "johnny.heliohost.org" as the host name instead of localhost.
  19. Also fixed.
  20. Um, paste works fine. I (and many others) use it all the time to answer posts here. Ctrl+v is paste, not ctrl+p (this is print).
  21. @paladox2014: He can't do that because he can't access anything. The user that's broken for him is not a DB user you can create in cPanel, it's the default database user that has the same username/password as your cPanel account. This is something an admin needs to fix.
  22. Fixed.
  23. That account is not suspended, it's queued. Give it more time. Johnny accounts can take up to 5 days. Also, do you have multiple accounts? I'm seeing 6 suspiciously similar user accounts under "adandi##", 3 of which are suspended. If so, be aware that users are only allowed one account and creating multiple accounts just gets them all suspended.
  24. I haven't been able to use it since I've been here (3 years), as far as i know it is no longer supported.
  25. That account cannot be unsuspended. As for the reason, this particular description usually means that something on the account was involved in illegal activity. If you weren't involved in any such activity, you were probably hacked. If that's the case, you should create a new account and be sure to secure it better.
