That account does not exist. The closest I can find is a tommy account with the domain creeperh.heliohost.org (note the extra h). In addition, the domain should be free for reuse, however you may need to pick a different username, since your username is already occupied by your forum account.

Amazon doesn't quite offer "conventional" hosting service in the sense we do, but you can get a prebuilt AWS VM with the basic software and a simplified control panel quite easily ("Lightsail"). If you need specific requirements or want more flexibility or customization, you'd want to look at getting a VPS and just installing the software you need. I don't know the process on Linux (Krydos can speak to that), but on a Windows server, I can stand up a basic WAMP or WIMP server in about 20 minutes (ignoring OS install time).
