    He's using the site as a proxy, and another similarly named site: zaidsali.heliohost.org is set up as a proxy as well, dunno if the site owner is the same but maybe it should be looked into.

    Your ftp client may have triggered a brute-force protection causing the server to reject logins to your account. An admin can check if this is the case, but please close your ftp client in the meantime to avoid compounding the problem.

    To continue your example: when you use cPanel to create new email accounts for Bob and Jimmy on yourdomain.org they'll have totally separate inboxes. After account creation tell Bob to visit webmail.yourdomain.org to see his inbox and use as he chooses using the credentials [user: bob@yourdomain.org | pass: the_pass_you_used_to_set_up_bob's_account] and do similarly with jimmy@yourdomain.org. Bob and Jimmy won't see each others email unless someone carbon copies an email to both.

    Unfortunately no, however we're only charge you what we're being charged and often Certificate Authorities allow you a trial certificate.

    Because it was your third it was moved. Johnny while being cranky is more tolerant about resource usage, so if your site behaves on Johnny and fully functions there's no need to move it back to Stevie where you'll be permanently banned.

    Be patient, admins are volunteers, they're people with busy lives just like you. In the meantime here's the Terms of Service. I checked your site via cache: and I'm willing to bet you've also violated copyright, so I wouldn't expect much in your case.

    Oh, seems Stevie's mail is currently down, please be patient while it gets looked at, when http://shinryuu.uni.me/mailtest.php says sending was successful try again on your account. EDIT: Are you able to send mail now?

    On the second one I'm seeing it rotate, but not scale on Chrome, but FireFox and IE are doing nothing.

    Could you pastebin your source or something? those errors don't really give us anything to work with. My guess is since it's not specifying a line number ir anything it's permissions, malformed http header or wrong line endings. Or some other sort of configuration issue.

    Have you checked file permissions for your ~/public_html/syte/ folder?

    I feel silly for not checking this earlier in the morning when I went to your URL, saw the homepage and thought it might be your account being funny but actually your site isn't hosted with us. You should be able to log into your account via the cPanel login at http://heliohost.org/ but any changes there won't apply to your site until it's NS records point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

    The DNS for that domain is correct and visiting the URL yields an index listing, so your account appears to be set up, have you tried loggin via http://cpanel.elxier.info , http://elxier.info/cpanel , or the bottom of http://heliohost.org/ ?

    Can't be done. The admin that suspended your account left a note to not unsuspend it, so unsuspending your account would amount to insubordination. Please be patient and wait to see what an admin has to say about your situation.

    For FTP the server you use in a client is the domain name of your site and user accounts that you create take the form of an email address: user@yoursite.com; whether you're on Johnny or Stevie is irrelevant and you can't change which server is hosting your site through cPanel.

    How long ago did you stop logging in? Generally you can reactivate with the renew script. Also, astrodpverma.com appears to have no DNS records, to have it hosted with us you'd need to set your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.
