  1. Stevie's IP is 216.218.192.170. I'm not sure what's up, the DNS issue happened well over a month ago and shouldn't be affecting anyone anymore. Your site is showing up fine for me; maybe try contacting your ISP and ask them to check their DNS records or if they're blocking Stevie's IP for some reason.
  2. I see what you did there .
  3. Oh lord, that's a horrible ISP hah, IP leases through DHCP should never expire that fast. EDIT: Actually it might be necessary if said ISP had a relatively small IP pool and a larger customer base since then they'd be freeing up IPs left and right, but a few minutes is still crazy. Maybe the ISP was into some shady stuff and needed IPs to be shuffled a lot.
  4. Just tried, logged in on phone, logged in on pc, navigated through pc then navigated through phone. cPanel apparently has no issue with multiple logins, as long as the credentials are correct. I don't see much of a problem with multiple users being on at the same time, though maybe one guy could inadvertently nerf database records that another group member is trying to use, or multiple people hacking up a single webpage, that'd be a nightmare.
  5. Since you know the account credentials, feel free to delete it. We only briefly offered manual account deletions when technical problems broke the scripts, however now that everything is functioning properly we ask that users use the automated scripts.
  6. Don't get so touchy, it's not our scanner, it's ClamAV.net's. We suggest you file false positive reports to them so they can improve their scanners, whether you do is your responsibility, same as checking back to see what caused your suspension after requesting an unsuspension. The only thing we assume is that the virus scanner will occasionally be wrong, but keeping your account, and all other users', safe trumps everything else.
  7. Here's a simple video on wildcard subs in cPanel. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cNFYMO1oC4 Also if you go into your subdomain panel, you can set rewrite rules for subdomains through cPanel. Like I have done here:
  8. If you'd like, you could probably contact AOL customer support and see if you can get them to take us off their blacklist. Or just use one of the dozen free email providers that don't block us. ________________________________________________________ Glad your question got answered! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  9. You can use any language you're comfortable with and has a WebSocket API.
  10. AOL still exists? o_O I hadn't heard anyone mention them in quite some time.
  11. Use the delete script.
  12. You can check in cPanel after reactivating your account and using your old login credentials, password resets don't take effect until after you click the email link and follow the instructions in it.
  13. Did you try this?
  14. Probably wants you to change the value from "&" to "&", not sure if the admins are ok with that.
  15. Your account was suspended due to inactivity because your last login was over a month ago. If you still see the account suspended page please clear your cache. Remember to always log into cPanel at least once a month to avoid having your acoount suspended. If it happens again you can reactivate your account via the renew script.
  16. It's no trouble, stuff happens sometimes. ______________________________________________ Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  17. The easy way would probably be to backup your public_html folder and any databases you have, delete your account and make a new one that'll be created with all the necessary directories and files.
  18. That's a problem, there should be an /etc , /public_ftp , /mail , /bin , /php , and /ssl under your home directory, plus those you mentioned having.
  19. Or move it, I did that by accident once...
  20. It changes the password until you feel like changing it in cPanel, so semi-permanently.
  21. Please stop making these posts in the Java Request forum, they belong in Customer Service, your previous threads were moved for a reason.
  22. Dunno, mods will be able to let you know, but it'd be best to start a new thread as queue and suspension are separate issues and this has been marked as solved.
  23. Let me know if you still have trouble with this, I'll edit this post with what we talked about in IRC tomorrow.
