  1. Because he reads all posts. If you don't get a reply from him in 24hrs then make a post to him with your domain name and your problem in Customer Service.
  2. Topic moved from Website Management and Coding. This is being worked on now by the administrator.
  3. The administrater will need to look into this so please be patient. No, not at this time.
  4. Could you post the domain name you registered with.
  5. They're not using your account to send emails, they are just using your address. They could use my address if they had it and wanted too, but the email headers would still show thier true host.
  6. The administrator is working on the problem now. Hopefuly it will be fixed soon.
  7. It's still up to him to login. I can't login for him. The only advice I can give you is to contact him and remind him.
  8. The only way to make sure is to contact the person who created the account. He is the person who needs to loggin. If he chooses to abandon the account then everybody looses.
  9. Can you post the return headers from gmail? I just now sent an email from my heliohost account to my gmail address and it went through just fine.
  10. No I couldn't tell you. Why share an account with somebody else when you can register your own anyway? That way you wouldn't have to depend on another person to loggin for you.
  11. No, there's only one cpanel like that for that domain.
  12. This is the cPanel that needs to be logged into once a month for dumbledoresarmy.co.cc http://dumbledoresarmy.co.cc:2082/
  13. No it means somebody has got your email address (from your home page) and is using it as the From: address and sending you spam. You need to look at the email headers and see the host it's coming from. Sometimes you can report the spammer if he's using his own host. That's why it's not a good idea to have your email address listed on your pages but use a form mail instead.
  14. Since I'm not familiar with your domain name provider I can only give you a basic idea of how to go about it. You should be able to login to your account at your domain name provider and see an option, should be form fields that have ns1: and ns2: beside them. Just type in the heliohosts nameservers in those fields. If ypu don't see any options like that then contact your domain name provider and ask them to do it for you. To be honest I really don't understand all of the technical aspects of DNS and my attempt at explaining it might be a little off, but I'll be glad to Google that for you.
  15. Unless you now for sure that her site has been deleted please don't give advice about re-registering. And no accounts aren't to easily deleted. The only reason for deletion is for abuse or forgetting to login within a 30 day period for which you will recieve a warning email. Thank you, Administration
  16. Try pointing your domain to the heliohost nameservers and then we can go from there.
  17. Check for errors now, my cpanel shows fine. MrFish make sure your usrname and password are all in lowercase.
  18. Check your cpanel for errors now, it may have just been temporary. And no you shouldn't recieve another email.
  19. Why not use a parked domain?
  20. This domain (hackit.me.uk) is pointing to heliohost now.
  21. djbob will unsuspend your account once you remove whatever was causing the overuse of system resources. and btw, it would be a good idea to ALWAYS make backups of your files.
  22. I can't be 100% sure that your site is deleted, but if it's been well over 30 days since you last logged into cpanel than you can probably bet it's gone for good. You'll just need to wait for djbob to check this afternoon.
  23. It's somebody abusing system resources probably. dbob will find them out eventually.
  24. The server was under a heavy load this morning. Your site seems to be back to normal. http://www.ciecieprojektow.pl/ Try logging in to your cpanel and post back if you still can't. Then your site has probably been deleted unfortunatly. If you don't loggin to cpanel at least once every 30 days you get an email warning you, but if your email client is Hotmail than you probably never got it? Sorry
