I really don't think it would do any good. Nobody that has registered in the last few weeks has been able to login to cpanel. The accounts come up slow (like 5 days after registration) and login fails. New accounts are at the mercy of djbob and we haven't heard from him in awhile.

I believe that a week ago. topgames.heliohost.org I can not enter the usarname and password that I have the e-mail sent at registration. All new registrations are having a problem logging in. You'll have to wait for the adminstrator to fix the problem and we don't know when that will be.

All new regisrtations aren't able to login. You'll have to wait for the administrator to fix the problem and we don't now when that will be.

You'll have to wait for the administrator and nobody knows when that will be. Sorry!

Only the administrator can help you right now and he hasn't been around in awhile. Everybody is having problems with new sign ups and there's nothing that we can do right now. Sorry!
-
I'm sorry but I don't understand your question?
-
The reason you are getting errors is because you already registered using that ip. If your sign up was successful the first time than you don't need to confirm it, just go to your cpanel like this: http://YOU_SITE.heliohost.org/cpanel But I doubt that it's going to work because we are having registration problems at this time.
-
No. It would be possible if the admnistrator was around but he hasn't been around in awhile and we're not sure when he'll be back. Sorry.
-
It's probably just server overload and you should be able to change your password at your cpanel.
-
There's a problem with new accounts right now and we don't know when it will be resolved. You'll just have to be patient.
-
Sorry but we are having registration problems. All new accounts are slow to come up and when they do they don't accept username and password. Hopeflly this will be resolved soon.

Two cPanels: one in-accessible, the other refuses login
Byron replied to Majid's topic in Customer Service
Normally it would take about 24 hours for your site to become active, however we are experiencing registration problems and accounts are only showing up after about 5 days and aren't accepting username and password. Hopefully the administrator is working on this but it could be awhile. As far as different places to login, you can login several ways to the cpanel, what matters is username and password. -
Is this happening all the time or at certain times of the day? Did you edit anything inside your .htaccess file or add any programs that might have edited the .htaccess file?
-
The way things have been going lately with the server, it may flush out the domain in a few days. Other than that your only hope is djbob.
-
Go to your subdomains in your cpanel and make sure it's deleted there too. Then wait about 24 hours to see if the server recognizes that it has been deleted.
-
You don't have to recieve an email for your account to come up. It doesn't require a confirmation, but if you signed up within the last month it's probably not going to let you login anyway. This is how you would login to your cpanel. http://YOUR_NAME.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.php if it's a co.cc or another domain name then just replace YOUR_NAME.heliohost.org with your domain name. If it doesn't work it wouldn't do any good to sign up again because of the registration problems we're having right now.
-
I thought you wanted to create an account and point your domain to it? What is it exactly that your wanting to do?
-
Your probably using Hotlink protection and if that's the case you need to set it up for both domains at your cpanel.
-
There's nothing we can do right now but wait for djbob (administrator) to fix the registration problems and nobody knows when that will be. Sorry!

That's the same problem everybody seems to be having with new accounts and I can't say when it will be fixed.

I just made a counter and it seems to be working ok. Try to make another counter for your site and give it a name without a space in it. I think you named yours "my counter" and the cpanel tried to create a data file with %20 in the name (my%20counter.dat) and it can't create a file with %20. Name it "mycounter" and copy the new code and see if it works. Here's my test page. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/counter_test.html

Then choose addon and it will create a sub-domain that will act like a whole new domain with its on ftp and cgi-bin. This is a addon of my main domain. http://alpha1omega.uni.cc or http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/alpha1omega/ get the idea?

Parked. Then you'll need to wait 24 to 48 hrs.
-
You don't need to set the ip address, just the nameservers. And try waiting a few days, registration is SLOW.
