  1. The doctype tells the browser how to render the page. For it to really work you need to have a valid markup. <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en"> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
  2. Not sure why you got a 404? After filling out the forms on my tool and using http://timeout.heliohost.org as an example of your site, did it look like this? http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/tools/ftp...ader-multi.html

It depends on the directory tree when you zip up a folder and extracts exactly the same way. I can't help you with filezilla, sorry.
  4. Your not going to be able to have two servers using the same domain name. What is the name of your heliohost domain? I can't help you there, sorry.

Try looking inside this directory. http://olor2002fourm.heliohost.org/home/ http://olor2002fourm.heliohost.org/home/in...eme/content.css

Did you refresh the directory to see if a couple of folders got created from the extraction? Maybe that was all that was in the zip file? It got extracted: http://olor2002fourm.heliohost.org/home/in...eme/content.css Look at the path. Created a home directory inside the public_html directory.
  7. You can do it with mod rewrite. This would go inside the .htaccess file of your first host (alwahshnt.net): RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{TIME_SEC} ^[0-2][0-9]$ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://alwahshnt.heliohost.org/$1 [R=302,L] Rewrite above redirects in seconds - if its 29 seconds into current minute, first site. After 29 seconds, heliohost site.

The cpanel file manager will give you the option to unzip it. Just go to your file options and you'll see the link.

Correct me if I'm wrong (because I've never used Filezilla) but I don't think you can ftp a folder without it being zipped up or broken down into files.

Have your tried zipping up your folder and then ftping the zip?
  11. Try to ftp your urls with this tool. Just make sure you use your Return key to seperate each url so each one is on a seperate line. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/tools/ftp...oader-multi.php the Base: is just your domain name. For me that would be http://byrondallas.heliohost.org Directory: should start with public_html and then whatever folder you want to ftp to. Let me know if that works for you and I'll post you a text version of the tool you can have.
  12. Please post your user name and domain name.
  13. I think I was editing about the same time you were posting a reply, so you probably missed this part?
  14. Exactly how are you logging into your cPanel right now? Are you going through this login? http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ because if your going to this page here: http://receipestation.com then your not logging into cpanel. After you get your nameservers set then you can loggin to your cpanel this way. http://receipestation.com:2082/ OK, I know what your talking about "re: webdisk creator". I've never used that option from the cpanel so I can't help you there. Maybe somebody else can and will post some info.
  15. You'll need to do that where you registered your domain name at. Did they send you a login url and a password so that you can set the nameservers? It should be pretty straight forward.

How are you trying to upload a FOLDER? Is the folder from another site?
  17. Then you'll need to post your username and domain name for djbob.
  18. Then it seems your ok and the only thing you deleted was the folder that gets created when you view the Fantastico option from the cpanel. You can make Fantastico work again by going to your cpanel and clicking onto the Fantastico link near the bottom of your options and choosing whatever program you want to use. Clicking onto the Fantastico folder inside your file manager doesn't do anything.
  19. Right now your domain name is still pointing to these nameservers: NS1.NETFIRMS.COM NS2.NETFIRMS.COM For heliohost they should be: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  20. You should be able to click onto the public_html folder icon (not the name) and go to your public_html folder, or try this url: http://YOUR_DOMAIN.heliohost.org:2082/fron...r=/public_html/
  21. I'm not familiar with Microsoft Publisher but if they end in .htm, .html, or .php I'm sure they'll work on heliohost. Anyway it can't hurt to upload a few and see.
  22. Then it probably isn't there anymore since I'm guessing you haven't logged in to your account in the last 30 days. You might as well re-register with this domain name "shippingworldwide.us" and you'll be all set to go.
  23. Have you regestered a domain with heliohost yet? If you just have changed the name servers to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org then you'll have to wait at least 24 hrs. to see the changes, but you'll still either need to register a domain with heliohost as shippingworldwide.us or a sub domain under heliohost.org.
  24. What happens when you try to go to your user directory through this url? http://YOUR_DOMAIN.heliohost.org:2082/fron...den=1&dir=/
  25. Do you mean you've deleted your public_html folder? And did you delete it out of your Trash bin yet?
