    New Website

Name server : It is the name of the host server. It translates domain names into IP addresses. It makes it possible for a user to access a website by typing in the domain name instead of the website's actual IP address. The form looks like this -> ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org How to set up DNS in co.cc Domain Settings > Manage domain > Select a domain > Click "setup" button > Manage DNS > Input "NAME SERVER" of your hosting registrar. After configuring NAME SERVER in co.cc, you should add your co.cc domain to the hosting registrar (Go to cPanel, Click on Parked Domain and add your co.cc domain). It might take up to 48 hours for name server changes to take effect and fully propagate through the Internet.
  2. Name as in my username for cPanel? name: xtincz domain: labwork.heliohost.org
  3. Then it seems your ok and the only thing you deleted was the folder that gets created when you view the Fantastico option from the cpanel. You can make Fantastico work again by going to your cpanel and clicking onto the Fantastico link near the bottom of your options and choosing whatever program you want to use. Clicking onto the Fantastico folder inside your file manager doesn't do anything. I'm sorry, if you don't get what I mean. I did what you said, but it keep giving me errors (e.g. 'install more than one script' error when I did not install anything). That's why I deleted the whole home directory, hoping to remove the errors since I can't find the 'script'. And now, everything in cPanel is not working -.-"
  4. Yup, I only see .htaccess there. By the way, Fantastico is not working for me. Should I just get my account deleted, and I'll re-create one?
  5. Hmm, I see everything that should be there, is there. However, I can't go into any of the folders. Apart from this, I go into file manager through cPanel. I can only see 'www', 'tmp', 'public_html' and 'etc' there.
  6. Do you mean you've deleted your public_html folder? And did you delete it out of your Trash bin yet? Nope. The entire homedirectory, as Fantastico is not working (I'm not sure why?), so I deleted it through the Disk Space Usage.
  7. I've accidentally deleted my home directory. Now, everything is not working. It is possible to reset my account?
