Seems it's server wide cause I'm getting the same error too.
-
You'll need to post your username and domain name.
-
You need to wait at least 24 hours after you register.
-
Burning, try posting in this forum to lesson the frequency of the cron runs. http://www.blacknova.net/index.php
-
Did you read this from your cron manager in red? HelioHost allows a maximum of two crons, each run a maximum of once daily. If you require a special exception, please contact us on our support forums. We check system crons regularly, and your account will be suspended if it is found to be in violation of these rules. You'll need an ok from djbob before you can run a cron that often. Edit: Another thing you'll need to do and that's figure out how to run your script manually before you can use cron. That means you'll need to use the GET method instead of POST on your script and then your url would look like this to execute it manually: http://killmonster.heliohost.org/BlackNova...h=your_password To run it from cron would look like this: php -q /home/killmonster/public_html/BlackNovaTraders/scheduler.php?swordfish=your_password > /dev/null

I just assumed that the nameservers should have been lowercase sense my whois was showing the correct nameservers only in uppercase. But the correct ip's for heliohost are: ns1.heliohost.org is 65.19.143.4, and ns2.heliohost.org is 65.19.143.5
-
Needs to be lowercase.

Mine gets blocked every now and then. Don't know why it get's better sometmes and then it quits, but this is what they sent me to give to you and it should take care of hotmail also. http://postmaster.msn.com/

I'm not seeing your domain 7v136.heliohost.org When did you register it?
-
You need to login at least once a month to avoid deletion.
-
I moved this topic to the "Questions" forum because the "Customer Support" is not for asking questions. If your still not able to see your site in the next few hours then make another post to djbob in Customer Support. Thank you, Byron

I wonder why I'm not seeing any errors on this page? http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/alpha1omega/SSI_test.shtml The time displays just fine for me. I also have that same include on my home page at the bottom http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/index.shtml Are you seeing errors at the bottom where the time should be? I know why you got an error and I didn't on the page that should have worked. The directory that time.cgi include file is in was password protected, but it allowed my ip without me signing in, so I never knew everybody else was seeing an error on my home page. You should see the time now. SORRY about all the confusion.

While we're on the subject djbob, is it possible to use a page from my main domain and include it on my subdomain? this works when subdomain is a directory http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/alpha1omega/SSI_test.shtml doesn't work when it's a subdomain http://alpha1omega.byrondallas.heliohost.org/SSI_test.shtml
-
SSI seems to be working fine for me. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/test/SSI_test.shtml http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/test/SSI_test.txt As far as editing the .htaccess for SSI, that shouldn't be neccasary and It would probaby be a good idea to remove what you added. All of your files that you intend to use SSI on need to have the .shtml extension. The includes themselves don't require the .shtml extension. Can you post an example of your includes that aren't working? Maybe is just something your over looking? EDIT: Maybe I'm not understanding what you mean? Do you have an addon domain off of your heliohost domain that has it's own domain name? And your trying to include pages from your main account to your sub domain pages?
-
Did you recieve a login url and password when you purchased your domain name? If so you need to login and look for the options to change name servers. Should be a couple of text fields that would refer to: ns1: ns2: Just put heliohost's name servers in place of whats there and save changes. If you don't have access to those options then you need to contact somebody at 1 & 1 and ask them to change it for you.
-
That's because your domain name is still pointing to your old host: ns57.1and1.com ns58.1and1.com You need to change the name servers to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org and then wait about 24hrs for the changes to take effect.
-
That's great news. Thanks djbob!

Like I said in my previous post, I don't know anything about python but I was able to get this script to work a few months back by using a cgi extension. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/snakecharmer.cgi Maybe you can find an answer from a heliohost forum search? http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?ac...highlite=python

No not really. A parked domain will work fine for a domain. Everybody will go through the parked domain name to get to your site and every page that you have on your site and nobody but you will realize it is a parked domain. You can even login to your cpanel through your parked domain, but the urls will still show the heliohost domain name on your File Manager.
-
For the cpanel to show everything as a co.cc domain you would need to register your account with a co.cc domain. If your using co.cc as a parked domain than your file manager will still show the heliohost domain.
-
Try it again in about an hour from now and if it still gives you that same error than you'll have to wait for djbob. He should be around about 9:00 am pacific time.
-
What is it telling you? Is it telling you that the account already exists?
-
Then your account has probably been deleted permantly. You can try recreating your account by registering it all over again.
