Since your not actually crawling the web and your results are coming from a google search and google honors a robots.txt then I don't see any legality problems. Although google may not be happy with this?

Why are you redirecting domain4sale.heliohost.org to dzinerfusion.com ? You need to go to Parked Domains in your cpanel and add dzinerfusion.com as a parked domain. Then go to your domain registry and set the name servers to heliohost's like Wizard posted. It may take up to 48 hours to propagate.
