You should add it as a parked domain, in your cpanel.

Gmail, but it uses the domain I have hosted here. So, anything@pennylanepc.com ends up in my gmail inbox, or at least it should. Was the email sent after the domain was suspended?

For some reason I never got it. It's not in my inbox or spam.

I guess that's probably it. Why no mention of this in the terms? Or at least a warning before it's deleted. Thankfully, everything is backed up.

I tried loading my home page today and received a DNS error. A check of where the problem was showed this: * ns1.heliohost.org returned (NORECORDS) * ns2.heliohost.org returned (NORECORDS) So I went to log in to cpanel to see what was going on, but my username and password no longer work. Was my account removed or suspended? If so, why? I haven't received any email about it. Although, now that my domain is down, I can't receive any email at all.

Thanks, that fixed it. Odd though, since I never loaded the account queued page from that URL.

I'm using the domain name pennylanepc.com. I can access a specific page by typing pennylanepc.com/pathtopage, so I can load my homepage with pennylanepc.com/index.htm. I can also access the same page with www.pennylanepc.com. However, when I type pennylanepc.com (which is what's on my business cards) I'm sent to the account queued page. Why is that?
