  1. Thanks Wizard for giving me the idea to take his username to the renew page. aliva13 your site has been renewed. Make sure you login at least a couple of times a month at your cpanel.
  2. We are experiencing problems right now and waiting on the administrator to return and fix them. Until then there isn't anthing we can do. Sorry!
  3. That's strange, I've never seen that suspension page before on the server, but I can't help you. Only the administrator can help you with this and he's missing in action. Sorry!

  5. Hopefully somebody with experiemce in Ruby will come along and help you. Right now the administrator is missing in action and we don't know when he will return.
  6. Those are the correct nameservers for heliohost but if you just signed up with heliohost than that is where your problem is. We are having problems with new registratins right now and we don't know when this will be corrected. Sorry!
  7. If you can't connect to your cpanel than you can't connect to your database. Sorry!
  8. I'm sorry but we don't keep backups of anybody's site, that is up to you.
  9. You don't need to recieve a confirmation email if all went well with your sign up but it will probably be about 5 days before your site will come up. And even then it may not work because we are having problems with new registrations and waiting on the administrator to fix the problem. You can login to your panel like this: http://YOUR_SITE.heliohost.org/cpanel
  10. If your no longer able to login to your cpanel than it must have been deleted and there isn't anything I can do. You'll just have to wait for the administrator and we don't know when he'll be back. Sorry!
  11. Thats because it's not sending you another password. The system is down right now and we are waiting on the administrator to to fix it. Until then there isn't any other way.
  12. There should be a link inside the notification email that you can go to that will reactivate your account and you don't need to worry about a confirmation email.

  15. I'm sorry but we do not keep backups of anybody's site. If your wanting it to be like it was the day you signed up than your only hope is to re-register and there's no guarantee that will work.
  16. Yes we support uni.cc domains, I have a couple on heliohost myself. Hopefully the Account Quede page will go away in a few days if not than you'll have to wait for the administrator to correct the issue and I don't know when that will be.

  21. You can try to re-register but it may not work because we are having registration problems at the moment.
  22. If you registered ok you don't need to recieve a confirmation email for it to work. You would just login to your account this way: http://ricardorohde.net/cpanel But we've been having registration problems so it may not work anyway.
  23. Go to your cpanel and check Fantastico for templates. They have many to choose from.
  24. Could you post your domain name.
  25. It will delete itself in 30 days if you fail to login to your cpanel.
