I thought you already had a site?

Since I'm not the administrator I can't say for sure but it looks like your site has been deleted and we don't keep backups. Sorry!

If you haven't logged into your cpanel in the last 30 days then it's possible your site got deleted. And it's up to you to create a new account.

Make sure you use all lower case letters in your username and password when logging in.

Your site is up and you should be able to login to your cpanel here. http://dookan.heliohost.org:2082/ or http://dookan.heliohost.org/cpanel

Usually you'll get the confiration email at yahoo. But if you feel sure that you registered correctly just keep watching for your account to come up and if and when it does you should be able to login to your cpanel like this: godk.heliohost.org/cpanel then you can change the contact info.

Normally you would be able to login that way but we've been having some problems with registration. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

I don't think you need to set the DNS IP as long as you set the namesevers. You just didn't give it enough time to set up. It normally takes 24 to 48 hrs after your register.

That's right and that way you can access your site either through your heliohost domain or your parked domain. It's really easy to set up. Just register here (or someplace else) for a free domain name: http://co.cc Set the name severs to point to heliohost's: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org and go to your parked domain option at your cpanel and enter your parked domain name and wait about 24hrs.

Do you mean with a service like this? http://www.shorturl.com/ If the link were on your site you could probably do it with htaccess.

Why not use a parked domain? There are a couple of places you can get a free domain name.

If your saying you want both domain names to connect to heliohost then just add the other domain name as a second Parked Domain.

You'll have to have a domain on your brothers server before you can redirect to it.

You could use htaccess to redirect all requests to your brothers server. Do you have a domain name on your brothers server?

So you want your heliohost subdomain to see your files at your brother's server?

Give it 24hrs and check it then.

There is no average time while we are having problems with the server.
