To whom it may concern, My uncle's website: www.visaors.com which is also registered with HeliHost is about to expire and my uncle Cannot access his website following "www.visaors.com/cpanel". What is happening? He tried to login through HeliHost website but he says he forgot his username, although he knows his password. He thought his username was his domain name "visaors". Thank you. Neither does the www.asicbrasil.com.br, mail.asicbrasil.com.br nor blog.asicbrasil.com.br. And I haven't changed a thing in the files. I Didn't even upload anything. Could you please help me out? Best Regards, Rick EDIT: The problem now is with WordPress script installation: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 38 bytes) in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico//includes/enc_check.inc.php on line 378 This error happens after filling out the whole form and then starting step 2 of the installation procedure. Any thoghts about it? Could this also be server lack of stability? Thanks!
