I just installed wordpress and it worked fine. Go back and try it again and make sure you have enough space allowed and that the folder you want to install it in DOES NOT exist.

Just create a file in your cgi-bin directory under public_html, and place the Perl "shebang" line (#!/usr/bin/perl) on the first line of the file. Below this line you may write Perl code. Make sure you make this file's CHMOD permissions 755, and output a Content-type header before anything else.

Your account is showing as active but you're pointng your domain names to X10 hosting. You need to point them to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org

If it asks for your username and password then I believe it does. You'll know in 30 days.

It was at one time and I think the email warning even states that, but it got changed to one month a few months back so make a note of that.

I'm sorry but it looks like your site has been deleted probably because of inactivity. Your welcome to create a new account and make sure you login to your cpanel a couple of times a month.

The administrator said he would manually exempt your ip so that you may have two accounts in your household.

Did you perhaps edit the Admin panel without choosing the correct encoding? This is from the edit page of the cpanel.

Let me clarify the two accounts in one household with the administrator before I tell you yes or no. The questions about hosting phpBB and wordpress is yes we allow hosting of both.

It should come up in the morning. Make sure you login with lowercase when you login to cpanel and login at least a couple of times a month to keep your site active.

Post me your username. I don't quite understand what you mean? When I delete your site everything gets deleted. I've verified that this is your account and it has been deleted.

Your showing those characters on this page that I uploaded: Look in the upper lefthand corner: http://agamanikaya.heliohost.org/index.htm When I uploaded that page and renamed it with a .php extension it showed abnormally untill I deleted those characters. It won't be for the public to see. It will still be in your home directory where only you can see it.

You can't create a directory out of the public_html. The only other place you can create directories is in your home directory and nobody but you can see those. How would anybody know your default domain anyway?

When you go inside your edit page, does it show the correct characters or is it showing abnormally too? If it's showing abnormally then it got saved that way and you need to re-edit the page. Edit: Here's your problem. Remove this right before the <html> tag from this: <html> to this: <html> http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/test/test-index.php

Works for me: http://djsvish.co.cc It takes up to 48 hours sometimes for it to resolve. You might need to refresh though.

The cpanel file manager gives you the option to use different encodings including UTF-8 when you first create a page and start to edit it. Have you tried that? I think this option can be overidden in Settings at the top of the file manager page.
