  1. It was at one time and I think the email warning even states that, but it got changed to one month a few months back so make a note of that. Okie. I get it. You should edit that warning email and more importantly add that inactivity rule in the ToS so people can read it when they sign up.
  2. What? I though inactivity is 3months. I was playing with it during November. That's just 1-2 months ago. >_<. Oh well. I'll make a new account. Thanks.
  3. I'm getting this message when I try to renew it: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." Errr....did I do something wrong? O_o... maybe the reason it was suspended was not because of failure of renewal. Did I violate ToS unknowingly? O_o By the way, my username is dbescom. Thanks.
  4. My account was suspended. I wasn't aware that I have to renew my account. I'm a newbie. >_<. I wasn't able to read the warning emails on time because they all went to my spam folder. Is there a way to recover my account? Thank you.
  5. Can I access my postgresql database without using phpPgAdmin of cPanel? What parameters do I provide my sqlshell? I don't know. It seems that something is always wrong with cPanel. Right now phpPgAdmin is not working but the database is intact and can be manipulated by my php code. Thanks.
  6. Use ftp to upload and download your files. It is a faster way because you don't have to use cPanel.
  7. When I accessed my phpPgAdmin, I get the following message: "Warning: Unknown: write failed: No space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/var/cpanel/userhomes/cpanelphppgadmin/sessions) in Unknown on line 0" I can't use it properly. Am I the only one having this problem?
  8. Sorry. My bad. I was thinking that only MySQL and PostgreSQL works for HelioHost. Thank you! It's working now.
  9. Can you please activate the pdo driver for postgresql? I don't want to recode my website again >_<. Plus, what's the point of enabling pdo if mySQL is the only one to use it? If I'm not mistaken, the whole purpose of pdo is that you change your databases (ex. from MySQL to PostgreSQL) without re-coding the queries, etc. Thanks.
