You should be able to use your own domain (incorp.hk) and then point your domain to our nameservers. Try to signup again for me and if it still doesn't work PM me your email address and the user name you would like to use and I'll try to create it. To have a secondary domain you would use what is called an Addon Domain. It's all done from your cpanel. Very easy to set up once you have another domain name to point to your main site.

You need to own a top level domain before you can signup with it and since you say your new to this then I'm assuming this isn't your site? http://incorp.hk If you would like to host a site with us you can use a subdomain of heliohost. When you go to the signup page choose heliohost.org as your domain and choose the subdomain name you want to use. So your domain name might look like this: slam23.heliohost.org If you need any more help let me know.

It has to do with resource hogs abusing server resources. We ban them as we find them.

I just FTP'd into my site without any problems. Have you been ftping into your heliohost site this way in the past without any problems?

Escalating... Note to djbob. I changed his domain from denismedeiros.info to denismedeiros.com and it worked but he can still go to his site using denismedeiros.info. If you'll read his last post it will maybe explain what happened.

This domain is working: http://denismedeiros.com I'm not sure why your: http://denismedeiros.info is still able to access your account. I've checked our database and it's only showing the .com name. I'm sure if you remove the nameservers on the .info name it will clear it up.

I'm almost sure all of your data (subdomains, addon domains, mail, databases, etc.) has been stored on your tar.gz file. You do know that your only allowed one account don't you? It would be easier just to change your domain name, would you rather me do that?

It should but since I've never restored a Full cPanel Backup before I can't say for sure. There's one sure way to find out. And yes I would use the most recent one.
