    Your site is still in the queue. Give it another day or two to come up. We've had a backlog of new accounts and we've shut down new sigups until Wed. to give the system time to catch up.
  5. It looks like your site got completely deleted this time. You really shouldn't wait until you get a notice before you login. Feel free to create a new account if you want, but signups won't start again until Wed.
  6. Start a new topic in Customer Service and title it "Request for dedicated IP". Include your domain name and username in the post. Then one of the admins. will escalate it to djbob.
  7. Did djbob grant you a dedicated ip for your site? We don't allow access to the whm. Everything is done from the cpanel.

  13. It was doing the same thing wth me but after trying a couple of times it came up.

  15. More than likely this is the server being overladed. We are working to correct this.

  17. Have you created your email account at your cPanel yet?
  18. Are you sure that cron isn't executing your script? Some email providers block mail from heliohost, so that maybe your problem. And yes that is the correct syntax if your script in inside the home/user/ directory. The correct syntax should look like this for your public_html directory: php /home/myusername/public_html/myfolder/myscript.php
  19. Both those accounts are showing as queued. Give it until tomorrow and if your sites are still not up I'll escalate this to djbob.
  20. I think this is a system wide problem cause I tried creating a mailing list at my cpanel and didn't work there either.
  21. No you can't run a cron job every five minutes. It means that you can only run cron jobs daily and nothing less. If you need more than once per day than you need to find a way to incorperate it into your script like an include. You can actually have more than 2 lines of cron but you can't have more than 2 cron jobs per day.

    The server is on Pacific Daylight Time - GMT-7.

  24. If when you go to your site and you see the Suspended page you can go here to renew. http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php But the issue with the cpanel should be resolved before then.
  25. Yes we're aware of this problem also. Just be patient and all these issues will be resolved.
