How do I delete my account and create it again?

I only just set up my account, but I think I logged into FTP fine the first time, then I remember deleting some files that were there before, and now it doesn't work.

Whenever I try and log into my site's FTP, it doesn't work, it just says this: Status: Connecting to 65.19.143.2:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Password required Command: PASS [password] Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting Error: Could not connect to server Why is this happening, and is there any way to fix it? I need to use the FTP, and I can't because this is happening.
