Then how I put a underscore_ in my password and the system accepted it? Are you signing in with the underscore? Unless djbob has fixed it, it will accept the underscore when you register but remove it for cpanel. So if you signed up with: by_ron it will actually be: byron to sign in.

Normally you need to wait 24 hours after you've created the Addon Domain for it to show in your cpanel. What kind of domain would you like it to be, an Addon or Parked?

Are you sure you don't want to add it as a Parked Domain? That way you could keep your old domain too.

When you say, "when you look at your emails the email is not there", where are you looking to see the emails?

Maybe djbob can enlighten us about this? Sure we can. Just go to your cpanel and look for FrontPage Extensions. It will give you the option to uninstall. You can't use Password Protected directories if you don't uninstall them.

You would look at the .htaccess in this folder: http://dooug.co.cc/whm Try what I posted to you previously. EDIT: If your not using FrontPage Extensions it's recommended that you uninstall them from the cpanel.

Try this for me. Go to your cpanel "Password Protect Directories". You should see this folder as password protected: http://dooug.co.cc/whm Look for the username and give it a new password. That will be your username and password to get into that whm. If that doesn't work, post back and I'll escalate this.

How did you install this "Web Hosting Manager"? When I go to your subdomain here: http://whm.dooug.co.cc I get a password prompt that is through htaccess which is usually done from your cpanel. OK you've created a subdomain (whm) and you've password protected it and you can't login, right? Go to your cpanel "Password Protected Directories" and make a new password.

So it's ok to delete this other account you created here: dooug.heliohost.org right? The username for this account dooug.co.cc is doougs. What kind of problem are you having?
