    You need to point your domain to our name servers. ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org And why do you have http://ns1.heliohost.org in a frames page on another host?

    Ok it should be unsuspended now. For some reason it didn't come out of unsuspension yesterday.

    The server Johnny is slow to release new accounts out of the queue. Just give it another day or two and be sure to clear your cache each time you check.

    If you don't clean it up in time and somebody reports it, then your site could be suspended (not banned). If that happens 3 times, then you would be suspended permanently. As long as you take the time to monitor your site, you should be ok.

    Don't know how it happened. Your the first. Look for Advanced DNS Zone Editor at your cpanel.

    I wasn't seeing a domain name for that user in our database. Somehow your account got created with a blank domain name. I went ahead and added jinn.heliohost.org to your username. Give it another 24 to 48 hours to resolve. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Your users can submit anything they want as long as it's not copyrighted or porn or offensive but just remember your responsible for anything they submit. Your site will be suspended for any content that breaks the TOS no matter who submitted it.
