When I go to https://robertzou.ml/cgi-bin/start.py nothing happens and the bot is still offline. Do I need to change anything?

104.243.99.227 is my IP Address. I got blocked for too much wrong passwords. What is even weirder is that I have only logged in with a wrong password 1 or 2 times (no more than 5) and only 1 consecutive time. Also it lets me log in through port 2083 so that is weird also

How can I tell if my account is slowing down the load by 20%. Same with the 20% CPU or memory. I want to know so I can see if my account would get suspended.

Yeah, but then my file would only be visible if I go to the /index.html subdirectory. I want it to be visible in example.com not example.com/index.html

I made a subdomain and want to upload a file to the website. But whenever I upload a file to my website it shows a table full of a list of files (for example uploading a file to example.com named index.html it would just show a table full of files including the index.html file. It would only show my website when I type in example.com/index.html). I want to upload a file so that the home directory of the website can show my index.html (uploading an index.html to example.com wouldn't show a table but the actual index.html file).

My account can log into the cPanel website (tommy.heliohost.org:2083) correctly but there is a Internal Server Error500 No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 72,057,594,037,927,935 when it ended. The process dumped a core file. cpsrvd Server at tommy.heliohost.org and when I log into the heliohost website it says Invalid Login. When I tried to reset the password it says Error.

THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. I DON'T KNOW WHYYYYY. MY IP 104.243.99.227 HAS BEEN BLOCKED A COUPLE OF TIMES FROM SUPPOSSEDLY "WRONG PASSWORDS" . I HAVE NEVER LOGGED IN WITH AN INCORRECT PASSWORD. CAN YOU UNBLOCK ME AND FIND OUT WHY IT IS BLOCKED FROM INCORRECT PASSWORDS.

Nevermind, I upgraded to Tommy and the emails are fine.

I accidentally redirected my domain robertzou.com to *robertzou.com (I thought it was wildcard). The result was my domain robertzou.com redirecting to %2A.robertzou.com. I deleted that redirect. I am still wondering why my domain still redirects to %2A.robertzou.com on my main computer (the one I made the redirect on), but not on another computer or incognito tab.

I think you should advertise that you can host a website using WordPress - the most popular website hosting service and website builder -. A lot of people want a simple yet powerful website builder. When you advertise that you can host WordPress then you can attract more visitors and donations. I know you advertise Softaculous, but not everybody knows what softaculous is, but a lot of people know what WordPress is. I know that there is a thread saying to advertise site publisher, but WordPress is WAYYYYYY BETTER than cPanel site publisher with better features. A suggestion what it should look like is in the attached file.

I'm asking about the difference between production servers and testing servers. I heard that uptime is a factor, but is there any other factors that makes one better. I also heard that the speed is faster, but also heard that Ricky was slow (before the upgrading). Also this is off topic but is Autossl Let's Encrypt or Sectigo/Comondo (I know that cpanel.net is Sectigo)???

I have a question. When I send emails using my gmail account to my cpanel account it always says "Recipient server did not accept our requests"?. Gmail said to contact the customer support team of your recipient's email provider.

I have a question? When I access my whm : whm.robertzou.com or johnny.heliohost.org:2086 and I enter my password and username. It says login is invalid. Can you please help me find my password or fix the issue. Edit: johnny.heliohost.org:2087

I have a question? The email deliverability section in cPanel says that they can't repair the emails because they don't control the DNS. It also says to contact the owner that is responsible for ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org nameservers.
