  1. You were suspended for running 4 cron jobs. The limit is 2 every day. If you need more cron jobs, you can use like setcronjob.com to hosts them. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  2. Your domain isn't pointing to our servers: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=photoncoin.tk%20&rec=ALL In order to park your domain here, need you to set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  3. I am seeing this:
  4. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  5. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  6. Your site is working for me. Have you tried to clear your cache?
  7. You need to use your heliohost username and password to login. You can't use the account "root".
  8. Johnny is known to be unstable and has a lot of downtime. If you need a stable host, you'll need to switch to Stevie. For more information: see this wiki post.

  10. The reason was for your suspension was:
  11. Please clear your cache.
  12. Your account was marked as inactive by the system. It should be back active now, if not, please clear your cache.
  13. That value can not be changed by users for security reasons. They are fixed in the mysql config files by the admins. Also, the max_connections is set to 50 connections, not 10. Perhaps your problem is that the software doesn't close the the mysql connections when it's done (5 mysql connenctions per user?). If you are looking for an external MySQL host, then you could use something like this: db4free.net However, this will have an impact on your site' proformance, since it needs to make an external connection.
  14. You were suspended for running 4 cronjobs. The limit is only 2 every 24h. If you need more, then you'll need to use a thirt-party service like https://www.setcronjob.com/ Your account should be unsuspended now.
  15. @wolstech, that's strange, because there are just 2 functions marked as deprecated in 5.4: see http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration54.deprecated.php The main reason why not many uses 5.4 or older is because the mysql_* functions are gone. These are all marked as deprecated since 5.3 (see: http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration53.deprecated.php) And a lot of (old) software still uses these funtions to connect with the MySQL databases.
  16. You can also let cPanel generate a full backup. (Found under Cpanel => Backup => Generate full backup). That will include all your databases, files, mails, etc...

    A Problem!

Perhaps this topic will help: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/19129-dottk-domains-not-working-says-that-the-hostname-is-invalid/page__view__findpost__p__102990

    A Problem!

We've encountered that problem before. When you register the domain, you need to pick "Use Dot TK Free DNS Service" and once you get the domain, you can edit it to point it to heliohost.
  19. Please clear your cache.
  20. That account can't be unsuspended.
  21. You could also keep your current helio subdomain, and park your new domain as addon in your root folder, so they both show the same site. Then you don't have to change your main domain.
  22. There is a golden rule when it comes to live server: if it works, don't touch it. Normally, you would have a development server that is an exact copy of the live server. On there, you can mess around all you want to see if changes are doing what they are supposed to do. Then you can apply those changes to the live server. If somethings goes wrong, you simply remove that dev server. And make a fresh copy of the live server. We don't have that luxury. If we need to change something we need to do on the actual servers. Updating something may seem pretty straightforward, but when you do it for a big server, like stevie, there are a lot of uncertainties and there is a possibility that something goes wrong. Even the tiniest thing could cripple the entire server. For example: a signup script or dependencies stop working, a service won't start anymore, etc... And when that happens, you have trouble. The best example is the current InnoDB issues. That resulted in Roundcube stop working. That is why we don't update stevie. As is, we know stevie is stable and working good. And it may continue to work for centuries to come, but with slightly outdated software. That is a sacrifice we need to make to garantuee that stevie keeps working.
  23. Nameservers seems to point to heliohost again: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/heliohost-dig.pl?domain=raxsoft.tk&what=helio Although, I can't seem to load your site in the browser at this time. Chrome says Err:NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
  24. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). Trojan.Autoit-144 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  25. Using stevie.heliohost.org will actually lead you to the login of johnny. Just saw it. The link is not correct. For now, you can use the login on heliohost.org or under your domain, port 2082 (www.example.com:2082).
