  1. First, The servername should be localhost, not stevie.heliohost.org Second, have you created a MySQL user named vcrjan_jan in cPanel and assigned it to the database you are trying to connect to?
  2. In order to be helped, admins and mods do need to know what your account name is, what URL you are using and the server. Without this information, we can only make guesses on what the problem may be. Also, this forum is to ask general hosting questions. If you have Heliohost related question, I would recommend to post in the Customer Service board. For the DNS3-DNS6 problems, I assume you are talking about the name server records? You can leave the others black, but make sure you have ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org filled in.
  3. Have you checked if the mail isn't in your spam folder?
  4. The problem is beyond repair. It would require a full deletion of InnoDB and a fresh install. That means that all the users with an InnoDB database will lose their data. That is something a webhost just can't do to it's user.
  5. Bumping your own post won't get you attention any faster. First of all, have you purchased a dedicated IP-address? If you need more information about SSL, you can check our wiki here: http://wiki.helionet.org/Using_SSL
  6. It appears that your domain isn't pointing to our nameservers. If you want to host it here, you need to point the NS-records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  7. Have you entered your IP-address of the computer you are using in the accepted remote hosts? You can find this in cPanel under Remote MySQL in the database sections.
  8. Have you parked that domain on your account? Besides that, you are using a nulled version of IP Board. That is a violation of our terms you have agreed to. You have 24h to remove it or your account will be suspended.
  9. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  10. This has already been asked before: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/20946-enable-popen-for-stevie-is-enabled-on-johnny/
  11. In an attempt to fix it, I ended up with the same problem. There isn't any options to switch back. This is something that needs to be fixed by an admin. Can you post your username, domain and server for the admins? @Krydos or Byron, can you switch the theme package in the WHM to x3 for me as well? User: tjoene2 domain: tjoene2.heliohost.org server: johnny
  12. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  13. The forum appears to loading fast for me. Have you tried to clear your cache? The load may have been a spike.

  15. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. It seems that CLB has us blacklisted for CryptPHP See http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=65.19.143.2
  16. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. This is your second suspension for the same reason, a third one will be final.
  17. You were suspended for running 10 cron jobs. The limit is only 2 executions every 24h. Your account should be unsuspended now.
  18. You were suspended for running 3 cronjobs. The limit is 2 cron executions per 24h. Your account is unsuspended now.
  19. You were suspended for running 11 cronjobs. The limit is only 2 executions every 24h. Your account should be unsuspended now.
  20. As the error indicate, that function is disabled for security reasons. In order to protect the servers, certain functions, like the exec and popen are disabled.
