  16. You need to point the NS records first to heliohost, add the domain and then you can point them to CloudFlare. cPanel checks the records to see if that domain is actually hosted on our servers. This prevents users from hosting a domain (for example google.com) they don't own.

  24. Stevie is running PHP version 5.3.8 at the moment. The constants ENT_SUBSTITUTE and ENT_HTML5 were added in PHP version 5.4.0. That means that stevie doesn't support them at the moment.   25. It appears that the domain wasn't created. When you look the domain up, it returns nothing as if the url doesn't exists. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
