First the DNS domain of http://www.heliohost.org wasn't recognized and I couldn't login to cPanel. Afterwards I tried to reset the password of my account, with no success, it sent me the recovery data, which didn't work, it doesn't return any error, but does NOTHING! Now, trying to renew, I get: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. BUT it worked... So I'd advise you to check what's happening!
  3. I think it's for inactivity because I received this email and I was unable to login: "Dear kalium, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended for inactivity. In order to keep your account active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. The last time you logged into your account was 2015-01-20. All visitors to your domain(s) will now see a suspended page instead of your original content." I still can't login but I'll try later, it may be my internet conection. And yes, I'm using Stevie.heliohost.org:2082 to login. Nevertheless the postgresql frontend's also not working, it always say "wrong login/password" but through command line psql I can reach the database... Can you see what's happening? Regards
  4. I'm getting this error while trying to reactivate my account: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." And I must say I logged in to cPanel on the 17th February!! So I don't understand why you say I haven't logged since 20 January!! You're monitoring file uploading instead of cPanel logging! This is happening to me recurrently. Regards, Kalium
  5. Hi! I logged on to my account yesterday (24-06-2014) and received an email today referring that my account is suspended because I didn't log since 25-05-2014. Could you please tell me what's happening? And activate the account? By the way, the phppgadmin is not working also, since you made an upgrade. Regards
  6. Login: kalium Hi! I think you've updated cPanel, and since then I've been unable to logon to phppgadmin, I just get a 'login failed' message. Though the database is functional at the website frontend, could you check what's wrong? Thanks
  7. I WAS using that to login, and the account was suspended... You can check the logs, it says I haven't logged since 14-2 (14 February) and I uploaded files at 12 March (which proves I logged after 14-2)...

This is my data: a. kalium b. stevie c. card-swapping.heliohost.org You suspended my account, which I recovered afterwards, the problem is that you say I haven't logged since 14-2 (14 February) and I uploaded files at 12 March, (which proves I logged after 14-2) and I use my account in a daily basis, I open the database interface to browse the tables, so, I need to know what to do more, for this to not happen again. I have the password memorized on browser, can that be a problem? Regards
