  1. Thanks for release the domains, they have been linked on the new account, but agusta.tk keeps giving me an error message:
  2. All the domains may be removed if possible. Thanks!
  3. Could an admin remove all the domains Stevie's DNS please? Username: tjoene Server: Stevie Main domain: lab22.heliohost.org
  4. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  5. At the moment, we won't be upgrading PHP on our current servers. However, the new server Tommy will have it from the start, see this news post: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25598-tommy-php/ But that server isn't open for signs up yet. Any news on the progress will be posted here: http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/.
  6. Parking domain isn't the right thing you need. Try to create "bans.edge-gamers.heliohost.org" as a sub-domain.
  7. You are most welcome. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask them!
  8. You were suspeneded again for 3 cronjobs. While you only have 1 cronjob set up, you can't execute that more then twice every 24h. Cronjobs are quiet resource intensive on the server, that is why the amount of executions is restrected. If you need to test your script, we would suggest you use a free third party cronjob provider like https://www.setcronjob.com/. That way, you won't be bound by the server limit. Your account has been unsuspended again.
  9. The reason was correct, you were suspended for 3 cronjobs. Your account has been unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache.
  10. Johnny is currently down, see http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25748-johnny-usr/ and http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25752-johnny-var/
  11. Johnny is currently not online. Please see: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25748-johnny-usr/ and http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25752-johnny-var/
  12. You were suspended for Cryptophp. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  13. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  14. As posted in the news section, http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/23846-2016-06-30/, there is a problem with the hardware. In order to fix it, an admin will travel to the datacenter as soon as they can. In the mean time, you can switch to the server Stevie. You'll need to make a new post in the custom section in order to retrieve your domain name you used on your Johnny account.
  15. That IP is indeed blocked: # FTP 202 connections - Sat Aug 13 20:29:34 2016 An admin will unblock it.
  16. Your account was suspended for running too many cron jobs. To help keep load low, we limit accounts to two (2) cron executions in a 24 hour period. This means that, if you only have a single job, it can run no more frequently than once every 12 hours, with two jobs, they can each only run once a day, and so on. Your account has been unsuspended.
  17. Somewhere on your page, you have send something back to the client (meaning you used an "echo" for example). This causes PHP to send out the headers to the client. Then you are most likely tried to start a session, which results in an error that you see. Session_starts needs to set a cookie containing the session number in the headers, but it can't since the headers were already sent. This could be fixed by putting session_start at the very beginning of your script.
  18. No account exists with the that username or domain. In one of your previous posts, you mentioned the username "rahuld14". Is that your username? If so, the domain is working fine from my perspective. Please try to clear your cache.
  19. The account has been reactivated. Please clear your cache.
  20. You will need to delete, recreate and assign the MySQL users to your database. Due to the MySQL crash, all the users were lost. This should solve the "failed to use ..." error.
  21. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  22. If possible, could the database "tjoene_mvc" be dropped? The database got inaccessible during the MySQL crash a while back. Account details: username: tjoene server: stevie domain: lab22.heliohost.org Thanks on advance!
