Nay leave that... So basically what you want now is an invite? Also, had you got your previous main domain cleaned up? -

What's the username is the new account you created after Tommy crashed? -
Try deleting the /cache/container_dotslash.php and /cache/container_dotslashdotdotslash.php files.

That's very natural if you're on Johnny. And you're just likely to get suspended for that. Johnny can't take the high load that WP creates. My suggestion, is, move to Tommy by making a donation (minimum $1).

Glad to know that!

Poured my heart out on Discord, I don't think I'm left with anything to be said here, but again a big THANK YOU!

[Solved] Need help accessing Postgres db remotely
Sn1F3rt replied to lunchbox's topic in Escalated Requests
Yes, Krydos has to set that up for you. -
We need the donation amount, the date you donated and the name you donated under.

You'll be moved to Tommy as soon as your turn comes in the list. It should all be done by the following week. Hold your patience until then!

[Solved] Problems with new account in Tommy
Sn1F3rt replied to thorast's topic in Escalated Requests
Most probably you tried to sign up with the same main domain as before. Post that here for an admin to cleanup from the cluster and then you will be resent an invite to recreate your account. -
Invites are being sent out to all Tommy users and you'll receive one as soon as your turn comes. Please wait until then. It should all be done by next week. Just to confirm- you were on Tommy before the crash, weren't you?

[Solved] Problems on my Drupal 7 website on new Tommy server...
Sn1F3rt replied to proscalping's topic in Escalated Requests
Those two extensions will have to be installed by Krydos, to solve your problem. -
Hosting accounts username can't be changed that way. You'll have to take a full backup, request an account deletion and an admin or a mod will send you an invite following which you can recreate your account and restore the backup using the 'Backup Wizard'. It won't be a hassle like it was to manually restore the one you received when Tommy went down. wolstech beats me this time!

Nevermind, we're all learning out here. It's alright. That's how we learn :-)
-
That's not an invitation email. That's a validation email which you received since you signed up for an account yourself. You'll receive a email with subject "HelioHost Tommy Invite" or something similar, following which you'll recreate your account. Please wait until then.

Maybe that's bcoz of your old forum account coz there exists no hosting account with ikk157 username.

@Luigi123: Krydos already replied to him on Discord. It's not possible as it would require additional source code to be built, which is not possible on shared hosting and can only be done on a VPS. He needs to consider a VPS if he needs that.
-
No.. Even moderators can't do that. That can only be done be an admin who have SSH access.
-
Yep... Working for me too. If problem persists even after clearing cache, try flushing your DNS.

Hello everyone, Well we're just one thread short of 16K so I got excited and just couldn't wait. We now finally have 16K threads in the 'Customer Service' section. Indeed amazing! Just ignore; this isn't a support topic anyways. However, everyone is free to express about your journey till now on HelioHost. Cheers!

When you're migrated you won't be able to login at https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083 and you'll be able to login only at https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083. Also when you login at the main website and click "Proceed to cPanel", it'll take you to Tommy's cPanel.
