  2. An administrator can help you with canceling your VPS. For your Tommy account - you can either request an administrator to delete some files for you, upgrade your account storage, or reset the account from the dashboard page: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/
  3. Domain added. If you're not already using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP address. It'll take effect in about 100 minutes.
  4. Domains added, they'll take effect in about forty five minutes.
  5. Domain changed, it'll take effect in about 70 minutes. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create a new A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP address for it to work.

  8. Your account must have a domain associated with it, and akels.cl is the only domain you have. We can change your domain to a .helioho.st or .heliohost.us domain if you'd like.

  10. Subdomain added, it will take effect in two hours. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP address for the domain to work.

  12. I'm not able to access your site past the Cloudflare security page. You can check the logs in Plesk to see if there are any errors listed there, or try disabling Cloudflare temporarily to see if that's what is causing the issue.
  13. It looks like your disk space has been increased to 4000 MB. It's possible it just needs an Apache restart to take effect, but an administrator can look into this in the morning.

  23. Looks like your account has exceeded the storage quota. You can either upgrade the storage at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/, reset your account, or request some of your files to be deleted by an administrator.
  24. Domains updated, they'll take effect in about fifteen minutes. You'll need to update your nameservers to HelioHost's if you haven't already, or create A/AAAA records pointing to Tommy's IP for each domain.
