I have removed all the domains except jeffersonmidei.helioho.st, as that is your main domain. Is there a domain you would prefer to become your main domain? I cannot remove it without replacing it with something else.

I don't know where you heard that creating a website will prevent you from being suspended, or that support@heliohost.org has been deactivated, neither of those are true. The only way to prevent being suspended for inactivity is to log in once a month at https://heliohost.org/login/. We've had this system in place for many years, and it hasn't changed since the time you signed up in 2024. As a courtesy, I've renewed your account for you, but you'll need to remember to login yourself to keep your account active.

I'm not seeing any problems with your account, but all your pages do show a 503 error. Are you able to login to Plesk and check the logs page? An administrator will be able to look into this in the morning. -

That does seem to be the case. An administrator can delete some files for you once they're awake (it's currently nighttime in the US). Are there any files you'd like to be deleted? Alternatively, you can either reset your account from scratch or expand your storage for a small fee.
