Are you trying to say that administrators are not allowed to respond to this thread? That's kind of silly... but if you really don't want my reply on this thread feel free to delete my post. Oh wait....
Anyways, if you haven't seen this yet here is the service monitor: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ It is a great tool and it even has records of our uptime going back months and months.
I hope you find a solution for clearing your cache even more thoroughly then, because it loads fine for me. It could be ISP caching or something out of your control. Give it a few hours and it should start loading. You could verify what I am saying by viewing your site through a proxy.
Your main domain is set to leowebstudio.com which doesn't exist. Make sure you register your domain name with a valid registrar service before you can host it anywhere, or you can use a free <yourname>.heliohost.org domain if you want by using this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain to change your main domain in the system.
Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
For the last several hours all accounts located on the stevie server have been showing up as queued. I just started the script to fix this and it should all be back to normal soon. Thanks for your patience during this process.
[uPDATE]: The script to fix the queued accounts has successfully completed and fixed the problem. If you still see your site as queued please don't forget to clear your browser cache.
Good to know. Yeah, I can double check them and fix them. Also, the script output said it was sending an email to you, so if you want to check your gmail account it would have been sent on Sept 13 ~2pm PDT.
Ok, the state for rbrelief, kitsune, and vykatk shows as active and they are in fact active. I'm fairly sure those are the only three I ran the script on. Sorry for using the wrong script.
Maybe you should consider entering a valid email next time you sign up...
Oh, I just read that to mean that he wasn't receiving the automatic emails from the system, or they were disappearing into the junk folder. Who knows.
@helionet_user, if xaav is guessing correctly and you entered a false email feel free to post or pm me a legitimate email address and I can change it in the system allowing you to reset the password and access your account.
For future reference, when the ACP stopped working I began using the /scripts directory, such as,
sudo /scripts/unsuspendacct <username>
That would do the same thing as using the ACP, but it wasn't blocked because the command wasn't being issued from the ACP? It worked on a couple accounts perfectly, but I stopped using it when one suspended account's wordpress installation broke. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?s=...ost&p=71050 Was that a coincidence or something, or should it behave exactly the same as the ACP?
You password has been manually reset and emailed to the email address that you used to create your account. Look for the subject line "Heliohost Password Reset".
