Dear Heliohost team, I am facing difficulties to enter in the CPanel. I am using the page "http://heliohost.org/classic/" and after a while I receive am error message. Even a use the new site https://heliohost.org/?_=new I can´t access either to Cpanel because my login is considered invalid. I can´t access also to my webpage. Dear yashrs, Thank for your answer. I am surprised because until 2 months ago the Horde email was working fine in Stevie. So, according your advice I have tried the Squirrel but the INBOX folder remains empty. I only have two old messages, from 2012, in the SEND box. Regards O Sapateiro

Dear Heliohost team, I was more than one month without to access to my Heliohost Cpanel account (user: sapatos) and the account was suspended. Meanwhile I have reactivated the Cpanel account and everything is running fine except the access to my Heliohost email account (sapateiro@sapateiropirescoxe.heliohost.org). Who could help me? I can’t access to my email account in “CpanelX”. Please verify that the current setting of session. save_path is correct (/var/cpanel/userhomes/cpanelhorde/sessions) in Unknown on line 0 The problem starts after my Heliohost account has been removed for to pass more than one month without login to CpanelX. After this error starts to happen I deleted and created one other account with the same name but the problem still remain.

The issue is closed. I have changed the php script and the problem was solved. Regards

Thank you. Now is clear to me why those folders and files are there.

Go to cPanel, under FrontPage extensions, click uninstall. This should delete those folders. I know how to clean them. The problem is if they do not lack inside of main folder. Thank you.

Hi, In CPanel, inside of my “ /public_html/” directory where I start to build my web site already had several folders like as “ private, _vti_bin, _vti_cnf, image, and so on). My question is: Could be deleted those folders, or not, because they are necessary remain inside of /public_html/? I would like to deleted them only for to becomes the main folder cleaner. Regards

Yes it’s working. I can receive in that box email message sent from outlook with my personnel email. See picture, please. I am thinking if the Heliohost user name shoudn’t appears in the URL. It’s amazing I was preparing to answer you that the problem persist, after done the login according your demand because the login fail again, when decided to repeat the login for to get an image, when I was surprised with the cPanel page. The problem is solved but I don’t know where the problem was. I have used always the correct user name, maybe doubts for the first password, but no doubts in this second one. I have cleaned always the browser, emptying the cache and so on. For both of you my Thanks
