Dear Heliohost team, I am facing difficulties to enter in the CPanel. I am using the page "http://heliohost.org/classic/" and after a while I receive am error message. Even a use the new site https://heliohost.org/?_=new I can´t access either to Cpanel because my login is considered invalid. I can´t access also to my webpage. There are any issue with the server that I am using or there are any other problem? Thankyou in advance Best regards O Sapateiro

Hello, I am trying to login into cpanl using my username and password. whenever i am entering username and password it again asks me login and pwd using dialog box. i entered username and password in that dialog also.. but still it prompts me for username and password again n again.. i am using correct username and password. Dear Sir, Thanks for your reading The Cpanel keeps asking for username&passwords when i'm trying to login. I even tried to reset the password to see if it was caused by wrong passwords or typo, while the problem still unsolved. Could anybody give me a suggestion?
